Villa Layla is a well appointed townhouse situated in the glorious golf course surroundings of Pinheiros Altos in Quinta do Lago. This charming 4 bedroom property is on three levels and offers enviable views over the fairway and lake. Living Areas

The entrance level with cloak room leads onto the upper level of the property where the comfortable open plan lounge/diner and kitchen are located. The lounge boasts a wall mounted flat screen TV with cable TV channels which include a wide range of English language channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports as well as having a blu-ray DVD player and Bose blue tooth speaker.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the usual essentials including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, blender, juicer, integrated microwave, electric oven and 4 ring gas hobs.

The lowest level of the property is effectively a self contained apartment as it has its very own lounge and kitchenette. The living area boasts another flat screen TV with the cable channels. The kitchenette also offers another dishwasher, fridge, kettle, mini hob with 2 electric hobs, integrated microwave, extractor fan and CD player.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The bedrooms are on the lower levels, bedroom one is the master double bedroom which is one level down from the main entrance. It has a double bed made up of two twins beds together which can be made as singles upon request. It offers a split level air conditioning unit, ample wardrobe space and a safety deposit box. The en suite bathroom has double vanities, bath with hand held shower as well as a separate shower cubicle. Patio doors lead out from the bedroom to another terrace with further appealing views of the lake and golf course.

Bedroom two next door is an air conditioned twin bedded room, with the same access to the outside terrace. It has an en suite shower room.

Bedroom three is on the lowest level and is an air conditioned double bedroom with a high window to the lounge. It offers double wardrobes and a brand new en suite bathroom with bath and hand held shower and separate shower cubicle and heated towel rail. A cot is available for this room if required.

Bedroom four is also on the lowest level and does not benefit from natural light. It is a twin room that has split unit a/c; double wardrobes and a dressing area. It has an en suite shower room with heated towel rail.

Outside Space

This delightful property benefits from three outside terraces with access to each of them from the other via stairwells. The patio leading out from the lounge has an integrated gas BBQ, electric awning for the perfect shade, table and chairs as well as stairs to the lower levels. The lowest level opens from the self contained apartment lounge area out onto another lovely terrace on the ground level with close up views of the golf course.

Location

Pinheiros Altos is on the eastern side of Quinta do Lago and is one of the most prestigious and successful premier private golf and leisure resorts in Europe. Whilst enjoying a beautiful location it is also close to the famous 3 kms long Quinta do Lago beach, Quinta shopping centre and the array of restaurants and entertainment that can be found in the Quinta do Lago area.
