Casa Alegria is a beautifully kept 3+1 bedroom villa situated in a quiet square with 4 other houses, in the heart of of Pinheiros Altos golf resort which has 27 picturesque holes, and a friendly clubhouse. Set on a hill, facing South overlooking the golf course, the various terraces have far reaching views towards the Ria Formosa and Atlantic in the distance.

The detached villa can accommodate 8 guests, all bedrooms are en suite and have high quality fixtures and fittings. The whole house is beautifully furnished, with a comfortable airy feel. Lovely marble floors and many sliding patio doors lead onto the terraces, overlooking the newly refurbished swimming pool, set in the well-kept mature and private garden.

The villa is considered a three plus one property because the ground floor bedroom has a sofa bed as opposed to a standard bed.

Living Areas

The well equipped kitchen has a large gas range double oven. There are granite work tops and breakfast bar. Additional appliances include an American style fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. Tumble dryer in separate utility cupboard.

Open plan spacious living/dining room with wall mounted TV with a wide range of UK channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports. Wi-fi internet, DVD player and Bowers & Wilkins surround sound.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is on the ground floor, and this room has a sofa bed, split unit a/c and an en suite shower room. From the entrance hallway an attractive staircase leads upstairs to three en suite bedrooms.

Bedroom two is a double (which can be prepared as a twin upon request) with split a/c and an en suite with bath and shower. Bedroom three is a double (which can be prepared as a twin upon request) with split a/c and an en suite shower room. These two bedrooms share a balcony that catches the morning sun.

Bedroom four is the master suite, complete with a private terrace with golf and sea views, double bed, split unit a/c and an en suite with double wash basins, corner bath, shower unit and hairdryer.

The sofa bed on the ground floor is suitable for either two children or one adult and so the villa sleeps up to seven adults or six adults and two children.

Outside Space

There is a sunny dining terrace and comfortable covered lounging areas, plus a superb mains gas BBQ. Ideal for those long languid evenings waiting for the sun to set . Plenty of patio area for sun-loungers around the attractive heated swimming pool (price upon request). Free-form in shape the pool measures approximately 8m x 4m with 1.5m depth, Also an outside shower to cool off with.

Location

This superb villa is within a couple of miles of Quinta beachfront, with its many great restaurants. It is a 5 minute drive to shopping, tennis, bars etc

Other Items

Maid service 3 x per week with towels changed midweek and weekly and linen changed weekly. Pool towels are provided for your convenience.

Basic Welcome Pack (butter, milk, bread, water, coffee, tea, sugar, orange juice) is included free of charge.
