Villa Dawn offers both privacy and easy access to some of Quinta do Lago’s best attractions. You’re just a short drive from KoKo Lane driving range, The Campus sports centre, the laid-back Shack beach bar and Quinta do Lago Lake. The golden sands of Quinta do Lago beach are also close by. Food lovers will be spoilt for choice, with renowned restaurants such as Casa do Lago, Umami and Bovino all within easy reach.

The villa is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, including blackout blinds on all the bedroom windows. With fibre optic Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout, included in the rental rate. Villa Dawn is a fantastic choice for families looking to enjoy the very best of Quinta do Lago in style.

Living Areas

The impressive entrance hall features a double height ceiling and sweeping staircases, and sets the tone for the rest of this exceptional property. From here, three steps lead down to the elegant lounge and dining area, thoughtfully designed for relaxing. The space is furnished with two comfortable two-seater sofas and a large dining table with seating for ten guests. Four sets of patio doors open directly onto the poolside terrace and gardens, allowing natural light to pour in.

Adjacent to the lounge is the air conditioned TV snug – ideal for quieter evenings. This cosy space features a large wall mounted flat screen Smart TV with a Samsung soundbar and a wide selection of English language channels, including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports. (Guests are welcome to bring their own log-in details to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime and similar services.) The room is furnished with a comfortable 'L' shaped sofa and two armchairs, with double patio doors leading out to the pool area.

The large kitchen is air conditioned and features a wall mounted flat screen TV showing the same selection of channels and the previously mentioned TV and a breakfast bar with six stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay including an American style fridge freezer with a water dispenser & ice maker, a blender, an air fryer, an electric oven, five gas hobs, a kettle, a Delta Q coffee machine, a toaster and a double sink. The utility room is off the kitchen and houses a Miele washing machine, a Miele tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. A convenient door leads to the garden. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedroom one which is a double room with 1.80m x 2m bed, a flat screen Smart TV, split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms two, three and four. Bedroom two is a double room with 1.80m x 2m zip & link bed which can be prepared as singles upon prior request, split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a Juliet balcony.

Bedroom three is a double room with a Queen size bed (2m x 2m) & and an additional sofa bed suitable for a child up to the age of 16 years, upon prior request (1.80m x 2m), split unit air conditioning, a flat screen Smart TV, fitted wardrobes, a safe and an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity units, and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a private balcony furnished with two sun loungers, two chairs and a parasol.

Bedroom four is a double room with 1.80m x 2m zip & link bed which can be prepared as singles upon prior request, split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a Juliet balcony & a further balcony.

Outside Space

The beautiful garden is completely private and laid to lawn. The swimming pool measures approx. 10m x 5m and has steps for easy entry (the swimming pool can be heated for a weekly supplement) and there is also an outside shower to rinse off before or after a dip! The poolside terrace is complete with sun loungers and three parasols if you prefer a little shade. The poolside jacuzzi is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or relax with a good book on the comfy rattan sofas and chairs. The covered terrace houses a large round dining table with seating for ten people and there is a further table and chairs, ideal for al fresco meals. For the budding chefs in the group the outside kitchen has both a gas BBQ and the more traditional charcoal BBQ, a food preparation counter, a sink, fridge, and a bar with two stools.

Location

Pinheiros Altos is on the eastern side of Quinta do Lago and borders the 14,800 hectare Ria Formosa Nature Reserve, an international haven for rare and endangered nesting and migrating birds. Pinheiros Altos is one of the most prestigious and successful premier private golf and leisure resorts in Europe. Whilst enjoying a beautiful location it is also close to the glorious beaches, many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are also on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre and Bougainvillea Plaza where you will find boutique shops, restaurants, bars, banks, and a supermarket. Many other facilities can be found in the Quinta do Lago area, such as horse riding, wind surfing, and sailing. Pinheiros Altos is unquestionably the ideal location for the vacation of your dreams.
