Overview

Villa Lavinia is a very grand four bedroom villa situated on a large spacious and private plot in the prestigious resort of Pinheiros Altos, Quinta do Lago. With quality interiors throughout, the villa has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. All bedrooms are en suite. Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning in the bedrooms- which is included in the rental rate.

Guests staying at this villa are entitled to discounted rates on the Pinheiros Altos golf course.

Living Areas

Upon entering the villa, a lovely large entrance hall with guest cloakroom awaits you. From there, you access the living areas of the house which have recently been upgraded and refurbished to a high standard. The living room is furnished with large comfortable sofas, perfect to relax on and enjoy entertainment on the wall mounted TV- complete with a wide range of English language cable channels including Sky Sports, BBC & ITV, and DVD player. Double patio doors lead to the poolside terraces.

The dining area and the kitchen are open plan, with another wall mounted TV and doors to the BBQ terrace. The brand new contemporary kitchen is finished to a very high standard, and is fully equipped with appliances including electric hobs, oven, microwave (combi-oven), dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, fridge freezer and wine chiller. To the side of the kitchen is the laundry room, complete with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one is a double bedroom with a/c and an en suite shower room.

Bedroom two, located off the entrance hallway, is a twin bedroom with a/c and an en suite bathroom with shower unit and double wash basins.

Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three is the master suite which has been totally refurbished to a very high standard, complete with double bed, a/c, double wardrobes with safe, dressing area and a large en suite bathroom with spa bath, separate shower unit and double vanities. Patio doors lead from the master suite to the terrace, which is private to this suite and overlooks the pool and gardens.

Bedroom four is a double bedroom with a/c, en suite with shower unit and doors to the terrace private to this bedroom.

Outside Space

Villa Lavinia enjoys being situated on a big plot with an extensive and private pool area, garden and terraces. The large swimming pool measures 11 x 5 metres approx. The shallow end of the pool is 1.00 metre in depth and the deep end is 2.00 metres. Next to the main house is a lovely shaded terrace with integrated charcoal BBQ and dining table for 8 persons. Pool Fencing can be supplied for a supplemental charge. There is also a portable gas bbq. The owner is refurbishing the pool area for 2024 and it will be saltwater not chloringe

Location

Pinheiros Altos is on the eastern side of Quinta do Lago and is one of the most prestigious and successful premier private golf and leisure resorts in Europe. Whilst enjoying a beautiful location it is also close to the glorious beaches, the Quinta shopping centre and the array of restaurants and entertainment that can be found in the Quinta do Lago area.

A cot and highchair are available upon request. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
