Overview

Villa Elise is a three bedroom, semi-detached property with private pool and garden. Located in the heart of the Pinheiros Altos resort with its beautiful golf course and picturesque surrounds. With Wi-fi internet and air conditioning included in the rental rates and for the cooler months there is under floor heating (extra weekly supplement applies).

Living Areas

The lounge has a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (and please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc); an L-shaped comfy sofa; split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening directly onto the garden. The dining area is furnished with a table and seating for eight people.

The kitchen is modern in design and well equipped with appliances including an integrated microwave, electric oven and grill, four electric hobs, extractor, kettle, four slice toaster, juicer, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge freezer and a dishwasher. The washing machine and dryer are in an outside utility cupboard near the front door. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All three bedrooms are on the upper level of the property, accessed via a flight of stairs. Bedroom one is a child's room with bunk beds and a single bed; split unit air conditioning and a patio door opening onto a front facing balcony. Bedroom two is a twin room (which can be prepared as a double with prior notice); fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening onto a front facing balcony. Both bedroom one and two share the adjacent family bathroom with shower. Bedroom three is the master suite with a double bed and fitted wardrobes; a dressing area; a safe; split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the pool.

Seven people are accepted in this property but bunk beds are more comfortable for children only!

Outside Space

A large sunbathing terrace furnished with four sun loungers to soak up the Algarve sunshine and a parasol if you prefer a little shade. The is an electric BBQ to prepare your families al-fresco meals. The partially covered terrace houses the dining table with seating for six people and further bench seating, The pool measures approx. 8.5m x 4.5m and has steps entry. There is outside sofa seating to relax on and read your favourite book.

Location

Pinheiros Altos is on the eastern side of Quinta do Lago and is one of the most prestigious and successful premier private golf and leisure resorts in Europe. Whilst enjoying a beautiful location it is also close to the glorious beaches, the Quinta shopping centre and the array of restaurants and entertainment that can be found in the Quinta do Lago area.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service twice a week, weekly bed linen change and towels changed twice per week. Pool towels & a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
