Villa Pau-Lo

Overview

Villa Pau-Lo is a charming and traditionally designed four bedroom villa set in the prestigious area of Pinheiros Altos in Quinta do Lago. The villa enjoys superb exterior areas, offering a private heated swimming pool and generously sized terraces on the spacious plot. Beautifully presented and thoughtfully laid out, Villa Pau-Lo provides a comfortable and welcoming retreat. One of the four bedrooms has its own private access at the side of the property. With air conditioning in the bedrooms and wi-fi internet included in the rental rates.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Upon entering, a welcoming hallway leads to the two ground-floor bedrooms. Bedroom one is a twin bedroom furnished with two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m), a wardrobe, and an en-suite shower room. Patio doors open directly onto the pool terrace. Bedroom two is a double bedroom featuring a 1.80m x 2.00m double bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom complete with a bathtub, separate shower, and double vanity units. All bedrooms throughout the villa are fully air-conditioned.

Also on the ground floor is a well-equipped laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and mini fridge, as well as a convenient guest bathroom with toilet and washbasin.

Bedroom three is on the first floor of the villa and this is a twin bedroom with two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m) and an en-suite shower room.

The fourth bedroom benefits from its own private external entrance, offering added privacy. It comprises a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an en-suite shower room with double vanities.

Living Areas

The fully equipped kitchen is also located on the first floor of the house and includes an electric oven, integrated microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and juicer. Next door, the bright and comfortable lounge features a flat-screen TV with internet streaming. There is also a Bose sound bar. The open-plan dining and living area is tastefully furnished with generous sofas and chairs and opens onto a spacious veranda, complete with outdoor dining furniture, six sunbeds and lovely views over the swimming pool. From this veranda, steps lead directly down to the pool area.

Outside Space

The private swimming pool with steps entry measures approximately 10m x 5m and can be heated for an additional weekly supplement. A portable gas barbecue is also available for relaxed outdoor dining and there is a lovely social area with comfy seating overlooking the pool terrace. The large, enclosed plot provides offroad parking for at least two cars.

Location

Pinheiros Altos is on the eastern side of Quinta do Lago and is one of the most prestigious and successful premier private golf and leisure resorts in Europe. Whilst enjoying a beautiful location it is also close to the glorious beaches, the Quinta shopping centre and the array of restaurants and entertainment that can be found in the Quinta do Lago area.

Other Items

There are pool towels, a hairdryer, and a safe provided for guests’ convenience. Rates include a maid cleaning service three times per week, bathroom towel change and bed linen change on arrival and weekly thereafter.
