Overview

Sun Hat are delighted to introduce Villa Agatha, a beautifully renovated four bedroom villa with stylish en suite bedrooms, a private swimming pool and table tennis table, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing family holiday.

Ideally positioned within the exclusive Pinheiros Altos golf resort in Quinta do Lago, the villa enjoys lovely views across the golf course and provides easy access to the local beaches, restaurants and renowned golf courses in the area. Wi-Fi internet and centralised air conditioning in the living areas and split unit air conditioning in the bedrooms are included in the rental rates. Mosquito nets protect all the windows.

Living Areas

Enter into the welcoming entrance hall, furnished with two comfortable arm chairs. Three steps lead down to the spacious lounge, thoughtfully furnished with two sofas and two arm chairs. A wall mounted flat screen Smart TV provides a wide selection of English language channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports. Guests can also enjoy streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime using their own log-in details. From the lounge patio doors open onto the poolside terrace. Steps lead up to the dining area complete with a table and seating for eight people, further patio doors open onto the BBQ terrace. Both the lounge and the dining room windows are protected with blackout blinds.

The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay including a dishwasher, double electric oven, an extractor, toaster, kettle, four electric induction hobs, a full sized fridge and a separate full size freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, and a microwave. The utility room off the kitchen houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, a further dishwasher, the iron & ironing board. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedrooms one and two. Bedroom one is a double room with two single beds pushed together measuring 1.80m x 2.0m, which can be made as a twin upon prior request, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Patio doors lead to the pool. Bedroom two has twin beds measuring 0.90m x 2.0m, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is a double room with 1.60m x 2m double bed, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and an en suite shower room. Bedroom four is the master double suite with a 2.0m x 2.0m bed, split unit air conditioning, a dressing area with fitted wardrobes, a safe, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the pool and the golf course and furnished with rattan sofas and chairs.

Outside Space

The shaded terrace and BBQ area provide the perfect setting for outdoor dining, featuring a gas BBQ and a large table with seating for eight guests. There is also a further shaded comfortable seating area furnished with rattan sofas and chairs, ideal for relaxing with family and friends.

Steps lead down to the private swimming pool, measuring approximately 10m x 5m, with steps providing easy access. The shallow end measures 0.7 metres, the mid level 1.0 metre and the deep end 2.0 metres. Pool heating is available for a weekly supplement and an electric pool cover helps retain the heat during the evenings. An outdoor shower is also available for guests to use before or after swimming.

Adjacent to the main pool is a separate children’s pool, which cannot be heated. The poolside terrace is furnished with plenty of sun loungers, a double day bed and two parasols. For added entertainment, there is also a table tennis table for some friendly family competition.

A pathway leads to the lower garden level beside the golf course. Laid with artificial grass and surrounded by flowers and shrubs, this is a lovely space for children to play. The villa is secured by electric gates and the entrance courtyard offers ample parking space.

Location

Pinheiros Altos is on the eastern side of Quinta do Lago and borders the 14,800 hectare Ria Formosa Nature Reserve, an international haven for rare and endangered nesting and migrating birds. Pinheiros Altos is one of the most prestigious and successful premier private golf and leisure resorts in Europe.

Whilst enjoying a beautiful location it is also close to the glorious beaches, many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are also on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre and Bougainvillea Plaza where you will find boutique shops, restaurants, bars, banks, and a supermarket. Many other facilities can be found in the Quinta do Lago area, such as horse riding, wind surfing, and sailing. Pinheiros Altos is unquestionably the ideal location for the vacation of your dreams.
