Overview

Welcome to apartment Greta, a spacious three bedroom first floor apartment ideally located on the picturesque Pinheiros Altos golf resort in Quinta do Lago. Accessed via a flight of stairs, this property has use of the adjacent communal pool. Featuring blackouts in all the bedrooms and an office/media area. Air conditioning and fibre optic Wi-Fi internet are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

As you enter the property you will see a media area with a desk, chair and a monitor and then the air conditioned, open plan lounge and dining area is bright and spacious, furnished with ample comfy sofa seating, a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels, including the English language channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon prime etc). The oval dining table has seating for six people. Double patio doors open onto the shared balcony.

The kitchen is large and well equipped with appliances including four electric hobs, extractor, hand blender, integrated microwave, electric oven and grill, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster and a kettle.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors to the shared balcony. Bedroom two is a king-size double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with a freestanding bath tub, walk-in shower, double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open to the shared balcony. Bedroom three is a king-size double room with split unit air conditioning, a wardrobe and patio doors to a Juliet balcony. Bedroom three has use of the guest bathroom with shower room with a heated towel rail.

Outside Space

Off the lounge there is a large balcony furnished with two sun beds, a table with seating for four people and a further table with two chairs. For the budding chefs in the group, prepare all your al-fresco meals on the gas BBQ provided. With views overlooking the communal pool and gardens, this is a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a sundowner cocktail before dining!

Location

Pinheiros Altos is on the eastern side of Quinta do Lago and borders the 14,800 hectare Ria Formosa Nature Reserve, an international haven for rare and endangered nesting and migrating birds. Pinheiros Altos is one of the most prestigious and successful premier private golf and leisure resorts in Europe. Whilst enjoying a beautiful location it is also close to the glorious beaches, the Quinta shopping centre and the array of restaurants and entertainment that can be found in the Quinta do Lago area.
