Villa Alexis is a splendid four plus one bedroom villa, that has been recently tastefully refurbished whilst keeping its traditional Portuguese style. Nestled in the prestigious Sao Lourenco area of Quinta da Lago, this opulent retreat boasts a private swimming pool and offers breathtaking views of the serene lake and the 18th hole of the renowned San Lourenco golf course. Its strategic location allows for easy access to Quinta do Lago's exceptional amenities, including an array of golf courses, a driving range, exquisite dining options, trendy bars, and exclusive boutiques. Moreover, Villa Alexis is conveniently situated just a short stroll away from the newly constructed wooden boardwalk that connects Quinta do Lago to the captivating Ria Formosa nature reserve and Faro Island.

Living Areas

Step into the magnificent foyer, complete with a guest cloakroom, which leads to a bright and spacious open plan living area featuring two cozy seating sections. The first area boasts a feature fireplace, comfortable rattan sofa and chairs seating, and sliding patio doors that open up to a terrace with breathtaking golf course views. The second seating area is equipped with plush sofa, a flat screen Smart TV that offers a wide range of cable channels including BBC, ITV, BT Sports, and Sky Sports (please bring your own login credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc), and patio doors that lead to the garden and pool.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast table and seating for six people. The central island features two stools and includes an electric hob with six rings and an extractor. Further kitchen appliances include a fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, juicer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, and an integrated electric oven, grill, and microwave. Patio doors lead to the exterior covered dining and BBQ terrace, perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends. A further door conveniently leads to the car parking area.

On the lower level of the villa you will find the utility room which houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The owners have provided an honesty wine rack for you to experience and enjoy some of the easily available Portuguese wines of the regions, they kindly ask you to replace any bottles you've consumed!

For the more competitive members of the party there is an entertainment space benefitting from natural light and furnished with a table and two chairs, a comfy sofa, a flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports and Apple TV, a table football table and a pool table, perfect for some fun family holiday tournaments. There is also access to the outside areas from here.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the upper level of the villa you will find bedrooms one, two, three & four. Bedroom one is a double room (which can be made as 2 twins upon prior request) with patio doors opening onto a small private balcony furnished with a table and two chairs.

Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and patio doors opening onto a small balcony furnished with a table and two chairs. Bedrooms one and two share the adjacent bathroom.

Bedroom three is the master suite with a double 4-poster bed, coffee making facilities, dressing area with fitted wardrobes, a safe and an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower, spa bath tub and double vanities. Patio doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the pool with amazing golf views and furnished with a sun bed, a table and two chairs.

Bedroom four is a twin room (can be made up as a double upon prior request) with fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with double vanities.

On the lower level of the property is the plus one bedroom which is a twin room with use of the adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanities and a small sauna. Please note that this room doesn't have air conditioning or benefit from natural light.

Outside Space

Villa Alexis enjoys a privileged situation with stunning views from the pool area over the Sao Lourenco golf course and lake. Steps lead down to the pool with jacuzzi section which measures approximately 15 metres x 6 metres (including the jacuzzi) and has steps entry and an electric pool cover- the pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. Surrounded by lawn gardens, the raised terrace overlooking the pool houses the spacious dining area with a table and chairs and a gas BBQ.

Located In the Sao Lourenco area of Quinta do Lago within a short drive of the resort's extensive and varied facilities. Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.
