Overview

Villa Molly is an impressive five bedroom property built on two levels with a private pool and a large open lawn garden (the pool can be heated for a weekly supplement, and has a pool cover to help retain the heat). This property benefits by having a select location in the prestigious golf resort of Quinta do Lago and enjoys beautiful views over the golf course & lake. Villa Molly is just a few minutes drive from Quinta shopping centre and a wide choice of beautiful local beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep.

Air conditioning and Fibre optic Wi-Fi internet throughout, are included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

The impressive entrance hallway with circular fresco ceilings & a spiral staircase leads onto the air conditioned, spacious and bright living room which is complete with five sets of patio doors opening directly onto the wonderful poolside terrace. Here there are several seating areas for you to relax and read one of the many books provided on the ample comfy sofas and chairs and there is also an office desk in this room. The TV snug area has a half moon sofa, large flat screen TV showing showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports, a music system and a DVD player.

The dining area is furnished with a large table and seating for ten people with patio doors opening directly onto the garden. The large modernised kitchen has a central breakfast island with two stools and a wall mounted flat screen TV showing the same channels as the snug. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances including two electric ovens, microwave, kettle, five electric hobs, extractor, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker, two fridge freezers, juicer, blender, air fryer and a wine cooler. Next to the kitchen you will find the utility room which houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedrooms one, two and three. Bedroom one is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, a free standing wardrobe, a flat screen Smart TV showing the same channels as the previous TV's (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) and an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath tub, double vanities and a heated towel rail. Please note that we do not currently have a photograph of this bedroom available on the presentation.

Bedroom two is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite full bathroom with a bath tub, walk in shower, double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the poolside terrace. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, wall mounted flat screen TV showing the same channels as the previous TV's, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with a bath tub, walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the poolside terrace.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms four and five. Bedroom four is a double room (2 x twins together that can be prepared as separate twin beds upon request and prior confirmation from the house management) with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, flat screen TV showing the same channels as the previous TV's, a dressing area with further wardrobe space and an en suite full bathroom with a bath tub, walk-in shower, double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a private balcony with fantastic views of the golf course & lake.

Bedroom five is the master double room with a wall mounted flat screen TV showing the same channels as the previous TV's, split unit air conditioning, a dressing area with fitted wardrobes, a safe and a huge en suite full bathroom with double vanities and bath tub, walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a large balcony with a bar area and offering fantastic views of the golf course. There is also a door off the upstairs landing that also leads to this balcony.

Outside Space

Villa Molly is truly one of a kind, the outdoor spaces are designed to help you get the most from the Algarve sunshine. The mature garden and a stretching grass lawn is open to the golf course. The pool with a mosaic floor and pool cover measures approximately. 12m x 6m (and which can be heated for a weekly supplement) and has both steps or ladder entry. The surrounding terrace is furnished with sun loungers and there is a covered dining area with a large table and seating for ten people with a charcoal BBQ and food preparation counter- the ideal spot for the budding chef to create those tasty al fresco meals for the family. The large balcony off the master bedroom has a bar and four stools, an exercise bike, a table with seating for four people, two sun loungers and amazing golf course & lake views.

Location

Quinta do Lago is one of the most exclusive areas of the Algarve and is perfect for both golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and only a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches are many other facilities, such as horse riding, wind surfing and sailing.

Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre and Bougainvillea Plaza where you will find boutique shops, restaurants, bars, banks and a supermarket, and even closer to Villa Molly is the Pure café on roundabout two.
