Villa Josie is a charming four bedroom villa boasting a private swimming pool and a spacious garden with frontline golf course views. This traditional property, built over two levels in classic Portuguese style, provides excellent value for money. Located in the prestigious resort of Quinta do Lago, one of the most exclusive areas in the Algarve, perfect for golfing and family beach holidays, and within a short drive are many other facilities, such as horse riding, wind surfing and sailing.

Living Areas

The large spacious lounge is bright and airy and is furnished with ample comfy sofa seating, a flat screen TV showing a large range of international channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), patio doors lead to the large lawned garden with amazing views of the golf course. The dining area is complete with a table and seating for eight people.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need on your family holiday, appliances include an integrated electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, four electric hobs, extractor, Dulce Gusto coffee machine, filter coffee machine and a juicer. The utility room is off the kitchen and houses the washing machine and an extra fridge and has a convenient door to the exterior clothes drying area. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedrooms one, two and three. Bedroom one is a nice and bright double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and use of the adjacent shower room shared with bedroom two. Bedroom two is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and use of the adjacent shower room shared with bedroom one. Bedroom three is a twin room with a ceiling fan and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto the pool and garden.

Stairs lead up to bedroom four which is the master double room with a king-size bed and also with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a safe, and an en suite bathroom. Patio doors lead to a private balcony with lovely golf views and furnished with a table and two chairs.

Outside Space

Villa Josie boasts a spacious, laid to lawn garden which is open to the golf course, perfect for outdoor activities and relaxation. The free-form pool, measuring approximately 9m x 5.50m, offers a convenient ladder for easy entry and the outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing off before and after a swim. The poolside terrace is equipped with eight sunbeds, a table, and chairs and a gas BBQ, perfect for al fresco holiday meals. Steps lead down to a lower garden area scattered with pine and palm trees, offering a cool retreat from the hot sunny days.

Location

Quinta do Lago is one of the most exclusive areas of the Algarve and is perfect for both golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and only a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches are many other facilities, such as horse riding, wind surfing and sailing. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre and Bougainvillea Plaza where you will find boutique shops, restaurants, bars, banks and a supermarket, and even closer to Casa Pedro is the Pure café on roundabout two.
