Overview

Villa Lantana 2 is a truly exceptional luxury villa, set in a peaceful location in Quinta do Lago overlooking the fifth hole of the Quinta South golf course. As one of the flagship properties in the Sun Hat portfolio, it delivers everything you would expect from a top tier contemporary villa in this prestigious resort.

In addition to the beautifully designed living spaces, the villa features a private cinema room and a sixth bedroom suite located in a separate annex with its own external access, offering added privacy and flexibility. The lower level games room features a table tennis table, a pool table and a table football table.

The property is secured by electric entrance gates with a camera entry system and a full alarm system. Air conditioning throughout, and the villa also benefits from underfloor heating throughout. Broadband internet with a Lazer TV package showing a wide range of English language channels, including Sky Sports, TNT Sports, BBC and ITV. The owner has installed a lift operating between all three levels of the villa.

Living Areas

Step into the main entrance which leads through to the spacious & stylish air conditioned living area, comfortably furnished with ample sofa seating, Sonos Bluetooth speakers and a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide variety of English language channels including Sky Sports, TNT Sports, BBC and ITV (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). There is also an Apple TV box. Double patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace. A corridor leading from the living room takes you to bedrooms one and two, and a doorway on the other side of the living room takes you to the dining room complete with a table and seating for ten people.

Next door to the dining room is the air conditioned kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay including- an American style fridge freezer, a range cooker with six gas hobs & an electric oven, two additional ovens that are positioned on the central kitchen island, an integrated microwave & grill, an extractor fan, a Nespresso coffee machine, a blender, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and a juicer. There is a seating area with bench seats and a small table.Patio doors lead to the BBQ area. A separate laundry room houses the Miele washing machine, tumble dryer, and an additional fridge freezer.

On the lower level of the villa is the games room, complete with a table tennis table, a table football table and a pool table, perfect for some fun family entertainment. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level. A convenient kitchenette is complete with a sink, a wine cooler and a Nespresso coffee machine. The air conditioned, soundproofed cinema room with leather seating for eight people is the perfect setting for movie nights.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground (entrance) level of the property. Bedroom one has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 metres), wall mounted TV with English language cable channels, patio doors to the poolside terrace and an en suite bathroom with shower over bath. Bedroom two has a twin beds, TV and an en suite bathroom, with shower over bath.

Bedrooms three, four and five are on the first floor of the villa, accessed via either the main stairwell or by using the lift. Bedroom three has twin beds (2 twins together to make a double), an en suite shower room, wall mounted TV with the cable channels and doors to a small private balcony with golf views.

Bedroom four is the master suite, complete with wall mounted TV; double bed (1.80 x 2.00 metres); double wardrobes with safe; en suite with double wash basins, central bath tub & separate WC and shower cubicles (complete with hydro-massage shower). Patio doors lead to the large principal first floor terrace which is private to the master suite and has lovely views of the swimming pool and the golf course beyond.

Bedroom five is a twin bedroom with a wall mounted TV, en suite shower room and doors to a small private balcony.

There is the addition of a separate sixth bedroom annexe that is situated next to the poolside terrace and accessed externally. This double suite has a TV with the cable channels and an en suite shower room.

Outside Space

A door leading from the kitchen takes you outside to the outdoor dining area where there is a gas BBQ and a large dining table and chairs. The private heated swimming pool measures 14 metres x 7 metres and features a raised children’s (bubble) pool. Pool heating is available for an extra weekly charge and needs to be booked in advance, and this facility will heat both the main pool and the bubble. The garden area of the villa surrounds the poolside terrace and has lovely views of the neighbouring golf course.

Location

The Buganvilia Plaza shopping centre is just a short drive or a fifteen minute walk away, and even closer is the Pure restaurant near to roundabout two.

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep.
