Villa Barrichello is an outstanding property of contemporary design, located in one of the best areas of Quinta do Lago- close to the active gym and Pure café and the brand new and improved Quinta do Lago North golf course. The former owner of the villa, Formula one driver Rubens Barrichello, built this property to be very exquisite and private.

The villa entrance doors lead directly to the large, bright and spacious living area, with large full length windows overlooking the swimming pool and terrace. The living room is complete with comfortable sofas and a TV with a wide range of English language cable channels, including Sky Sports, BBC and ITV, and a DVD player.
Doors lead through to the superb open plan dining area and contemporary kitchen, with dining table and chairs for 8 persons and a fully equipped kitchen, with appliances including an integrated microwave, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric hobs, extractor, grill, sandwich toaster and American style fridge freezer. There is a separate laundry room which houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and iron & ironing board.
Also on the ground floor of the villa is an air conditioned gym with steam room and various equipment including a running machine, weight benches etc and with views over the pool and terrace.
Bedroom one is on the ground floor of the villa, and this room has twin beds and the use of the adjacent shower room. There is an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor.
Bedrooms two, three and four are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom two has twin beds, an en suite bathroom and doors to a private side terrace with golf views.
Bedroom three is the master suite, with plenty of double wardrobes, two en suite shower rooms and doors to the lovely terrace, private to the bedroom and with views over the pool and of the nearby golf course.
Bedroom four is a twin bedroom (2 x twins together to make a double), an en suite bathroom and doors to a private side terrace.
Bedroom 5 has a twin bedded with en-suite bathroom/shower
All twin bedded rooms except Bedroom 5 can be made up as doubles if preferred, please advise at time of booking.
The private swimming pool is an impressive, infinity style pool which measures approximately 18 metres in length and 5 metres in width, it has an electric pool cover. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. There is an additional shallow pool section next to the main pool, ideal for the kids to play in or for you to just sunbathe and relax on. The main terrace is extensive, with a shaded area with dining table and BBQ, table tennis table, pool table and also a Jacuzzi hot tub- the use of which is included in the villa rates. Lawn garden surrounds the pool and terrace and there is plenty of space for parking on the villa driveway, protected by electric entry gates.

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.
Rates include a daily maid cleaning service Monday-Friday except for public holidays. Bathroom towels are changed mid-week, bedroom linen weekly. Pool towels, hairdryer and a safe are also provided for your convenience.
Air conditioning/heating is included in the rental cost
The first cot and high chair are available upon request free of charge.
The maximum occupancy of this villa is 10 guests in total.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2024 bookings are based on 2023 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2023 when contracts are signed.
