Villa Allegra is a contemporary three bedroom property with private pool (Can be heated for an extra weekly supplement), situated in the sort after resort of Valverde in Quinta do Lago- a development of luxury properties located within close walking distance of the entrance roundabout of Quinta do Lago, the fashionable Quinta shopping centre and the Bougainvillea Plaza. You will find a wide range of eateries, cafes and bars in Quinta shopping and the Bougainvillea Plaza, alternatively there are three restaurants within close walking distance of Villa Allegra.

Living Areas

The foyer with a guest cloakroom, split unit air conditioning and patio doors to an outside shaded seating area. The open plan kitchen and dining room are modern in design with a central island and stool seating for six people, and has appliances including an induction hob with five rings, Dulce Gusto coffee machine, extractor, toaster, kettle, large electric oven with a grill and a further smaller electric oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, two fridge freezers, split unit air conditioning, log burner and a dining table with seating for six people. Patio doors open to the garden.

The large, bright, spacious lounge with triple patio doors, a comfy half moon sofa with a lounge chair and stool, two split unit air conditioning units and a wall mounted flat screen, Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc). Patio doors opening onto the pool side and garden. There is a reading room with a sofa bed, split unit air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto a decked area and the pool. The utility room off the kitchen house the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a patio doors opening onto the garden. Bedroom two is a double room (two singles pushed together) with split unit air conditioning, a dressing room and an en suite bathroom with a free standing bath, walk-in shower and a heated towel rail.

Upstairs to bedroom three which is the master double room (2 singles pushed together) with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening onto a Juliet balcony overlooking the pool. En suite bathroom with double vanities, split unit air conditioning, a free standing bath, walk-in shower and a heated towel rail.

Outside Space

The completely private, manicured garden with a large swimming pool measuring approximately 14m x 4m (can be heated for an extra weekly supplement), a covered eating area with a gas BBQ, food preparation area with a sink, wine cooler and a dining table seating eight people. There are eight sun loungers to soak up the Algarve sunshine and a parasol if you prefer a little shade. There is a further shaded area where you can relax and read a good book, a hammock and an outside shower.

Location

Villa Allegra is located on the luxury Valverde development near to Quinta do Lago, and there are three restaurants, the Green Valley, the Thai bistro and the Florian restaurant within close walking distance. Also very close by are the fashionable Quinta shopping centre and the Bougainvillea plaza where you will find boutique shops, restaurants, bars, banks and a supermarket. The Vale Verde resort offers a pool with a children's pool and two tennis courts.

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep.
