Overview

Villa Chanisara is a high quality 4 bedroom villa situated on a quiet road in the prestigious resort of Quinta do Lago. With pool heating, air conditioning, WI-FI Internet access and a snooker room.

Living Areas

Large fully equipped fitted kitchen with central station. There is a large gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, juicer, toaster. The washing machine, tumble dryer and another fridge/freezer are located in the utility room on the lower ground level.

Living Room: there is a spacious sitting room with interconnected dining area. The TV room can be separated from the living room with the use of sliding glass doors. There is cable TV including Sky Sports. On the ground floor there is also a guest cloakroom.

In the lower ground floor games room you will find the full-sized snooker table and second TV.

Sliding doors from the living room and kitchen lead out to two covered terraces with comfortable seating, an extendable dining table and gas BBQ. Steps then go down to the swimming pool terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

First floor: Master Bedroom 1 with king-sized double bed (bed measures2m x 2.10m), fitted wardrobes, en suite bathroom with separate shower and bath, dressing area and doors out to private terrace. Bedroom 2 with double bed (bed measures 1.70m x 2m), fitted wardrobes, en suite bathroom with separate shower and bath, and dressing area.

Ground Floor: Bedroom 3 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 with double bed (which can be separated into two singles - bed measures 1.80m x 2m), fitted wardrobes and en suite shower room.

Outside Space

The swimming pool measures 12 x 6 metres (heatable for a supplemental charge), and has lots of comfortable loungers and umbrellas to provide shade. There is a summer house at the end of the pool. The good sized gardens have views directly onto the golf course, with several shady seating areas and lawns for children to play on. A table tennis is also available for your use. A new addition is the water feature pond.

Location

The villa is ideally situated in a quiet no through road in Quinta do Lago overlooking the golf course, but only 10 minutes’ walk from the restaurants, shops and night club at Quinta Shopping. It is 5 minutes’ walk from the Active Q Gym and Pure Boutique Café, which serves breakfast and lunch on its terrace as well as offering a take away service.

There is a safe for clients use. WiFi is available.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels changed twice weekly, linen once weekly (more by arrangement). Maid service Monday to Friday.

There is a weekly supplemental charge for pool heating and air-conditioning.

Please note there is a mandatory Winter heating charge, applicable for bookings from November to March. We will take a weekly deposit to be held against the final charge upon meter reading - cost to be advised after departure.
