Exclusive to the Sun-hat Quinta do Lago luxury villa portfolio, we are very proud to present Casa Jacaranda, a beautiful five bedroom villa with private pool situated in the Monte Golfe area of the prestigious resort. This premier villa is furnished and equipped to a very high standard and will be the perfect setting for your relaxing, luxury family villa holiday in the Algarve.

With Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning in all of the bedrooms and the ground floor living area, included in the rental rate. Mosquito screens, and sound system available throughout the villa interiors with Bluetooth speaker, CD player and radio.

The four televisions in the villa are linked to the cable system which offers a wide range of English, German Dutch, French and Portuguese channels. The English language channels include BBC, ITV & Sky Sports.

Living Areas

The villa benefits from a large kitchen and open plan living/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including 3 gas hobs & 2 electric hobs; extractor; dishwasher; integrated microwave and oven; coffee maker; kettle and juicer. The separate utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and iron & ironing board.

The spacious open plan living/dining area is furnished with both comfortable seating and a dining table and chairs. Fireplace, TV and a Blu-ray DVD player. Patio doors lead directly to the poolside terraces.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are four bedrooms on the ground floor of the property. Bedroom one is the 'Sagres' room, with a 2.0 metres x 2.0 metres double bed; split unit a/c; TV; DVD player; I-pod dock; fireplace; double patio doors leading directly to the poolside terrace & dining area and an en suite bathroom with shower unit.

Bedroom two is the 'Porto' bedroom, with 1.60 x 2.00 metres double bed; split unit a/c; an en suite bathroom with shower unit.

Bedroom three is the 'Faro' bedroom, with a 1.60 x 2.00 metres double bed (2 twin beds together); spilt unit a/c and an en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower unit.

Bedroom for is the 'Lisboa' bedroom with two twin beds (1.0m x 2.0 m) which can be prepared as a double upon request; split unit a/c; doors leading directly to the poolside terrace; TV and en suite bathroom with shower unit. There is an additional guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Bedroom five, the 'Coimbra' bedroom, is situated on the first floor of the villa and this bedroom has a double bed (2.0 m x 2.0m); TV; split unit a/c and an en suite with bath and separate rain shower unit.

Outside Space

A real feature of Casa Jacaranda is the lovely big exterior terraces and saltwater swimming pool, which measures approximately 15 x 5 metres with steps entry. The shallow end of the pool is approx. 1.10 metres in depth; the middle of the pool is 1.60 metres and the far end is 1.40 metres. The pool is fitted with an electric pool cover and the pool can be heated for a weekly supplementary charge.

The poolside terrace is furnished with 10 sun loungers and the shaded dining terrace is complete with a dining table and 10 chairs, an integrated gas BBQ and food preparation area. There is also a covered lounge area with electric awning and comfortable sofas. At the entrance to the property there is plenty of space for parking on the villa forecourt.

Location

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep.

The Buganvilia Plaza and Quinta shopping centre are just a short drive away from Casa Jacaranda, and even closer is the Active Gym and Pure restaurant near to roundabout two.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service 2 x per week with towels changed every visit and linen changed weekly. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safety deposit box are provided for your convenience. There are two travel cots at the villa for guests use. 42816/AL
