Overview

We are proud to present Casa Bella Skye, a cracking five bedroom, five en suite bathroom luxury villa with private pool centrally located in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo. This lovely property sleeps up to 10 persons and benefits from two separate and spacious terraces- the upper terrace complete with BBQ dining area and relaxation area; and the lower pool terrace with sunbathing area and large swimming pool which can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. Wi-fi internet throughout included in the rental rates and air conditioning throughout available for a small weekly charge.

Please note that the photos for Casa Bella Skye were taken in the winter when the sun is lower in the sky and therefore there is some shading on the lower terrace and pool. New photos of the pool will be taken in the springtime/early summer.

Living Areas

The living room has air conditioning available and a flat screen TV with a wide range of cable channels available including the English language channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports. There is a Sonos sound bar so you can stream you favourite music directly from your smart device to the sound bar and speakers, covering the living room and upper terrace area which is accessed directly from the living area via the double patio doors.

The kitchen is furnished with a breakfast table for 4 persons and is fully equipped, with appliances including the Smeg fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, additional fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hobs x 4, extractor, oven, double toaster and kettle.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All bedrooms in Casa Bella Skye have split unit air conditioning available. Bedrooms one and two are on the entrance level of the villa. Bedroom one is a double bedroom situated next to the living room and which utilises the bathroom with shower unit down the corridor. Bedroom two is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with dual vanities and shower unit & a wall mounted flat screen TV with the wide range of cable channels.

Bedroom three is accessed via a light of steps from the living room. This is a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower unit and dual vanities. From this level, a further flight of steps lead down to bedrooms four and five, which are on the pool terrace level of the property. Bedroom four has a double bed, an en suite bathroom with shower and doors leading directly to the poolside terrace; bedroom five has twin beds and an en suite bathroom with both a bath and shower unit.

Outside Space

The upper main terrace is a real sun trap and is accessed directly from the living room of the villa. The terrace is comfortably furnished, the perfect place to relax and enjoy a few sundowners. The terrace is also the location of the exterior dining area, which is shaded and caters for up to 10 persons. Here you can enjoy meals freshly cooked on the charcoal BBQ

The lower terrace is accessed via a flight of steps leading down from the upper terrace and the living area of the villa. There is a gate on this stairwell making it suitable for families with young children. The pool measures 9 metres x 5 metres with corner steps entry and it can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. There is a manual pool cover to help protect the warm pool temperature at night. The shallow end of the pool is 1.10 metres in depth and the deep end is 2.20 metres in depth. The poolside terrace is perfect for sunbathing and is furnished with 4 sun loungers and 2 double loungers. A lawn garden area flanks the poolside terrace.

Off road parking is available on the villa forecourt, protected by the electric gates.

Location

The prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo boasts two of the Algarve's finest championship golf courses, the Royal and the Ocean courses; and the famous Praca, which has a wide range of bars, restaurants and eateries, family entertainment during the summer months and not forgetting the superb rotunda pool, which is open and available for all guests staying in the resort to use (local charge applies). The resort also benefits from the excellent tennis centre, and in the surrounding area there is a wide range of restaurants to choose from.
