Apartment Handan is an impressive two bedroom penthouse apartment located in the Margarida resort area of Vale de Lobo. This delightful apartment features high quality contemporary interiors throughout, and benefits from a roof top jacuzzi and terrace.

Living Areas

Open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The lounge is furnished with sofa seating and two rattan chairs, a flat screen Smart TV showing international cable channels (including some English language channels). Bring your own log in codes to enjoy Netflix etc. Patio doors open onto a decked balcony. The dining area is complete with a table and seating for four persons. Patio doors open to the spiral staircase that leads to the roof terrace. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine, sandwich maker, kettle, four electric hobs, microwave, electric oven and grill, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is also a guest cloakroom. The utility room houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto a shared balcony. Bedroom two is a twin room with an extra single bed, fitted wardrobes and an en suite full bathroom with a spa bath, double vanities and a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto a shared balcony.

Rates include a maid cleaning service three times per week, usually Mon, Wed, Thu (except Portuguese bank holidays); with bathroom towels changed midweek and weekly and linen changed weekly. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
