Casa Bliss is a lovely three bedroom linked villa, built on two levels and complete with a private swimming pool. Situated in the popular Village urbanisation, which is close to the resort of Vale do Lobo and within walking distance of a selection of renowned local restaurants.

Electric shutters throughout with individual room controls, Fibre optic Wi-fi internet and air conditioning are all included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The air conditioned kitchen, lounge and dining area are of a spacious open plan design. The kitchen is complete with a breakfast bar and two accompanying stools and is well equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, integrated electric oven and grill, Nutribullet, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, fridge freezer and an additional drinks fridge, four electric hobs, extractor and a toaster. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are housed in the utility room. on the first floor. of the property.

The lounge and dining area are furnished with ample comfy sofa seating, a log burning fireplace, a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV, BT Sports & Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), a dining table and chairs. Double patio doors open directly onto the exterior decked terrace and pool.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedroom one which is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and patio door opening onto a Juliet balcony. This bedroom uses the adjacent shower room.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is a Super-king double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open on a large balcony overlooking the pool complete with a sun lounger and countryside views. Bedroom three is a Super-king double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a Juliet balcony.

Outside Space

Patio doors from the lounge lead to the partially covered decked terrace furnished with a dining table and six chairs, additionally there is comfy sofa and chair seating, the ideal spot to relax on with a good book. The swimming pool measures approximately 6m x 4m and has steps for easy entry. There is the option of pool fencing upon prior request (weekly supplement applies). There is a convenient garden gate that provides a short cut to the nearby tennis & padel centre and the entrance to Vale do Lobo.

Casa Bliss is located in The Village, which is an impressive urbanisation situated nearby to many good restaurants and within close driving distance of the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, where there is plenty to do - in addition to the 2 championship golf courses and the tennis centre, you will discover a breath taking coastline with beautiful beaches and the lively Praca area, where there is a good selection of bars and restaurants.
