Overview

Villa Patricia in The Village is a fabulous five bedroom villa built and designed to a high specification. With five double bedrooms, all en suite; a large swimming pool and spacious poolside terraces; a games room with pool table; Wi-fi internet and air conditioning throughout included in the rental rates.

All of the beds in Villa Patricia are doubles, therefore due to this configuration a maximum amount of four children per booking is permitted.

All of the TVs in Villa Patricia feature Lazer cable, which has a wide range of channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT and Sky Sports. All of the TVs are also smart TVs, so please bring your own log-in codes to access Netflix etc. Three of the TVs have the Apple TV facility as well.

Living Areas

From the entrance hall, steps lead down to the main living room, complete with wall mounted TV with soundbar and an additional IPTV box with hundreds of channels available. Split unit a/c and patio doors leading directly to the poolside terrace.

Fully equipped and air conditioned kitchen with breakfast bar, dining table, direct access to exterior BBQ terrace and with appliances including 5 x gas hobs, extractor, drinks fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, Juicer, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, oven, microwave, American style fridge freezer with ice maker.

Separate laundry/ utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Doors to a terrace used for drying clothes.

On the lower level of the villa is the games room with pool table and a 75'' wall mounted flat screen smart TV with the Lazer channels and DVD player. There is an office area in this room as well, with TV screen and printer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one has a 1.80 x 2.00 metre double bed, split unit a/c, wall mounted TV, doors to the side terrace and an en suite bathroom with shower and double vanities.

Bedroom two has a 1.80 x 2.00 double bed, split unit a/c, wall mounted TV, doors to the side terrace and an en suite shower room.

Upstairs to bedrooms three, four and five, Bedroom three has a 1.60 x 2.00 double bed, wall mounted TV, split unit a/c, doors to the shared first floor terrace and an en suite shower room. Bedroom four has a 1.60 x 2.00 double bed, wall mounted TV, split unit a/c, doors to the terrace shared with bedroom three and an en suite shower room with double vanities.

Bedroom five is the master suite, complete with a 1.80 x 2.00 metre double bed, split unit a/c, wall mounted flat screen TV, an en suite bathroom with bath, shower and double vanities and patio doors to the terrace which is private to the master suite and is furnished with 2 x sun loungers.

Outside Space

The villa benefits from generous outdoor seating and relaxation areas, including a main seating area shaded by a large sail. For sun worshippers, the poolside terrace is furnished with 10 sun loungers and a couple of reclining chairs, and parasols. The pool measures 10 x 5 metres. Please note there is no pool cover available at this property.

The upper terrace overlooking the pool is furnished with the dining table and chairs, ready for you to enjoy al-fresco meals prepared on the gas BBQ.

Location

Villa Patricia is located in The Village, which is an estate situated close to the renowned Parilla restaurant and within close driving distance of the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo. There are also a good selection of other restaurants nearby which are within walking distance. There is plenty to do in Vale de Lobo - in addition to the 2 championship golf courses and the tennis centre, you will discover a breath taking coastline with beautiful beaches and the lively Praca area, where there is a good selection of bars and fine restaurants for you to enjoy.

Rates include a midweek clean and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover clean, bed linen change and bathroom towel change. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.
