Overview

Villa Franco is a lovely three bedroom villa with a private swimming pool, ideally situated within the popular Village development, close to the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo.

The villa features its own distinctive blend of rustic charm and elegant décor, creating a warm, comfortable and cozy feel. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms for an additional charge, while complimentary Wi-Fi is included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

The spacious lounge and dining area combines traditional charm with comfortable, homely furnishings. There is plenty of sofa and armchair seating, making it an inviting space to relax and unwind. Two split air-conditioning units ensure a comfortable temperature throughout, while a flat-screen TV offers a range of international channels, including several English-language channels such as BBC and sports channels.

A large dining table seats eight guests, with patio doors opening directly onto the pool terrace and small garden. This creates a wonderful connection between the indoor and outdoor living areas and makes the space ideal for relaxed meals and entertaining.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a gas hob with overhead extractor fan, electric oven and grill, dishwasher, integrated microwave and fridge freezer.

For added convenience, the kitchen also features a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

The lower level of the villa houses the laundry facilities, including a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level, Bedroom 1 is a comfortable twin bedroom with two single beds measuring 0.90m x 2.00m, fitted wardrobes and split-unit air conditioning. Patio doors open onto a small private balcony. This bedroom uses the separate shower room with heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2, located just off the lounge, is also a twin bedroom with air conditioning and with two single beds measuring 0.90m x 2.00m and an en suite bathroom with shower and heated towel rail.

The master bedroom is situated on the first floor and features a spacious 1.80m x 2.00m double bed, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The en-suite bathroom includes a bath, separate shower, double vanities and heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a large furnished veranda overlooking the pool and garden, providing a lovely private outdoor space.

Outside Space

The spacious poolside terrace provides plenty of room for relaxing in the sunshine or enjoying meals outdoors. A fixed charcoal barbecue and preparation area with sink make al fresco dining easy and enjoyable. The private swimming pool measures approximately 10m x 5m and has steps entry. The terrace is furnished with a dining table and chairs, as well as an outdoor sofa and additional small table and chairs beside the pool.

Villa Franco is situated within The Village development, close to the prestigious Vale do Lobo resort, offering an excellent combination of convenience and easy access to the resort’s extensive facilities.

Vale do Lobo is home to a fantastic selection of amenities and activities, centred around the lively Praça, where a variety of bars and restaurants are open throughout the day and into the evening. From May to September, the Praça also hosts live entertainment, creating a vibrant atmosphere during the summer months.

The resort offers two championship golf courses, the renowned Royal Spa, health and beauty facilities, tennis and padel courts, an international medical centre and a well-stocked supermarket.

For those looking to explore the surrounding area, Pinetrees Horse Riding Centre is just a short drive away. A selection of popular restaurants, including Parrilla Natural, Tapas & Vinho and A Floresta, are also right on your doorstep.

The beautiful Vale do Lobo and Garrão beaches are within easy reach, with a number of well known beach restaurants nearby, including Julia’s and Izzy’s. Other Items

The rental rate includes maid cleaning service 3 x per week; with a change of bathroom towels midweek and weekly; while bed linen is changed weekly for stays of 14 nights. There are pool towels available and for your added convenience, the property is also equipped with a safe and a hairdryer.
