Brand new and exclusive to the Sun-hat Vale do Lobo area portfolio, we are very pleased to welcome you to Villa Berita, a beautiful four bedroom property with its own private pool (which can be heated for a weekly supplement), table tennis table, gym and games room. Situated in a prime location within the popular resort of 'The Village' and only a short drive to all the local hotspots, beaches, shops and restaurants. With fantastic outdoor space and high quality bright and comfortable interiors, it's the perfect place to make those precious holiday memories.

With four local restaurants also in close proximity and off-road parking for one vehicle protected by the electric entry gates. Fibre optic Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning and maid service are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The air conditioned kitchen area has a central island housing four electric hobs and a built-in central extractor. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances including an integrated microwave & two electric ovens, a large fridge with a separate large freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, coffee percolator and a kettle. Patio doors open directly to the BBQ area. Close to the kitchen is the utility room which houses the washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board.

The dining area has a table and seating for eight people, split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening directly onto the poolside terrace.

The main living area has a large wall mounted flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports, split unit air conditioning and a huge comfy sofa and lounge chair. Three sets of patio doors open onto the poolside terrace. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

On the lower level of the property you will find the excellent games room complete with a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing the same channels as the living room TV (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), a pool table, multi-game arcade machine, bar area and gym with a boxing punch bag, multi-trainer, free weights and two exercise bikes. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

With four bedrooms, Villa Berita sleeps eight guests. Each bedroom is designed with your comfort in mind, so you can sink into your bed and rest up for the next day of sunshine. On the entrance level you will find bedrooms one and two. Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open directly onto the poolside. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with double vanities.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is a double room with a dressing area, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, a flat screen Smart TV showing showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) and an en suite full bathroom with a spa bath, walk-in shower and double vanities. Patio doors open onto a large shared balcony overlooking the pool. Bedroom four is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with double vanities. Patio doors open onto the shared balcony.

Outside Space

Extending from the living areas is the south facing poolside terrace, the ideal spot for those who love the sun and perfect for those lazy summer days. The pool measures approximately 10m x 5m (and can be heated for a weekly supplement) and includes Roman style steps for entry and an electric pool cover to help retain the heat during the evenings. Next to the pool is a faux grass lawn area, offering a nice space for the kids to play or a family tournament of table tennis on the table provided. The remainder of the terrace is furnished with eight premium quality sun loungers. The budding chefs in the group will enjoy the shaded exterior kitchen & dining area complete with ample work surfaces, a sink and an outside fridge. For those who love outdoor eating, relax at the exterior dining table with seating for eight people whilst watching your al-fresco meals being freshly cooked on the large gas BBQ provided. It really is a lovely place to spend time relaxing with your family and friends.

Location

Villa Berita is located in The Village development close to the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo where there is plenty to do at the lively Praca with its numerous bars and restaurants - open all day and late into the evening (live entertainment from May to September). In addition to the two championship golf courses, Vale do Lobo also offers health and beauty facilities at the Royal Spa, Tennis and Padel courts, International medical centre and a supermarket.

Within a short drive you will find Pinetrees horse riding centre and literally on your doorstep are the popular restaurants Parilla Natural, Tapas & Vinho & A Floresta. The lovely and popular Vale do Lobo & Garrão beaches are close by, and some of the best beach restaurants around such as Julia’s, Ta Certs and Izzy's.
