Living Areas

Entrance Hall accessed via 4 steps.

The ground floor living areas are comprised of the main living room furnished with comfy sofas and with Bluetooth speaker; snug room with a TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV & Sky Sports and separate air conditioned dining room.

Fully equipped and air conditioned kitchen with appliances including an American fridge freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, juicer, electric hobs, extractor, dishwasher, toaster, kettle. Breakfast bar and wall mounted TV.

On the lower level of the villa is the main TV room, with wall mounted flat screen TV and bar area with fridge freezer. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron & ironing board. Guest cloakroom. Garage with parking space for one car and table tennis table.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has twins beds and an en suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom two has twin beds, wall mounted TV and en suite bathroom with shower. There is an additional guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms three, four and five are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three is the master suite complete with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 metres), wall mounted TV, dressing area with safe in the wardrobes, en suite bathroom with large corner bath and separate shower unit. Patio doors to the spacious first floor terrace.

Bedroom four has twin beds and an en suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom five has a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 metres), doors to the terrace and an en suite bathroom with shower.

Outside Space

The villa swimming pool measures approximately 10 x 5 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The pool has an electric pool cover. The pool is 1.10 and 1.20 metres in depth at either end and 1.80 metres in depth at the midway section. The poolside terrace is furnished with 10 sun loungers and there is a lovely shaded dining terrace with table and chairs and gas BBQ.
