Overview

Villa Anna is a lovely four bedroom villa with a private pool (which can be heated for a weekly supplement), located on the popular Village development, close to the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo. The house is characterised by its own rustic but elegant décor, providing a sense of comfort and tranquillity. With air conditioning throughout, a table tennis table and wi-fi internet included in the rental rates.

Please note that this four bedroom villa sleeps 9 persons as one of the bedrooms has a three single beds.

Living Areas

The spacious lounge has a traditional and elegant feel, and is furnished with ample comfy sofa & chair seating; two split air conditioning units; a flat screen TV showing international channels and some English language channels & a DVD player. The owner has provided lots of books to help you relax and there are many DVD films to enjoy! Triple patio doors open directly onto the poolside terraces and garden.

The bright air conditioned dining room has six large windows protected by electric blinds and is furnished with a large table and seating for eight people.

Through to the air conditioned kitchen which boasts a central island with three stools and the three gas hobs & one electric hob and overhead extractor fan. Modern in design and fully equipped with appliances, the kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge freezer, toaster, electric oven and grill and a kettle. Perfectly positioned with patio doors leading out to the BBQ area. Off the kitchen is the utility room which houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a guest cloakroom.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedroom one which is double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a small balcony.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms two, three & four. Bedroom two is a triple room with three single beds, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a small balcony. Bedroom three is a double room (two singles together) with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a small balcony.

Bedroom four is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a small balcony.

Outside Space

The poolside patio provides space to relax in the sun or eat ‘al fresco’ meals cooked on the gas barbecue. The pool itself measures approximately 9m x 5m and has ladder entry (and it can be heated for a weekly supplement). There is a manual pool cover to help retain the heat at night. To the side of the villa is the ‘secret garden’ which is laid to lawn with hedge surrounds and a large double hammock suspended from two trees. The remainder of the terrace is furnished with a dining table and chairs and there is an exterior shower. A shaded area, furnished with sofas and chairs is the ideal spot to chill and read a book! There is also a table tennis table and a volley ball net for the more energetic members of your group!

Location

Villa Anna is located in The Village, which is a luxury development situated next door to the renowned Botanico restaurant and within close driving distance of the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo. There are also a good selection of other restaurants nearby which are within walking distance. There is plenty to do in Vale de Lobo - in addition to the 2 championship golf courses and the tennis centre, you will discover a breath-taking coastline with beautiful beaches and the lively Praca area, where there is a good selection of bars and fine restaurants.

Rates include mid week maid cleaning service with a change of bathroom towel , bed linen changed weekly. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
