Overview
This spacious and stunning 5 bedroom villa is located in the Village estate, close to the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo. Just over 500 metres away is the famous Gourmet Natural restaurant. Villa Meryl is a top of the range villa, sophisticated and tastefully decorated throughout making this property a fabulous addition to the Sun-hat portfolio of luxury villas. Living Areas
The impressive large entrance hallway leads you to the spacious air conditioned lounge boasting a comfortable corner sofa with views to the inviting pool. The lounge/diner offers not one but 5 sets of patio doors giving easy access to the outside area thus making this the perfect bright and sunny space. The wall mounted TV offers a cable system with English language channels including Sky Sports.
The air conditioned kitchen boasts a large central island where 5 gas rings are situated. This modern fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and integrated fridge and freezer. Perfectly positioned with patio doors leading out to the BBQ area. The washing machine is housed in the utility room on the lower level.
Accessed via the garage on the lower level, the games room offers a pool table and a large TV. This area is complimented with a super large sofa. Finishing off this ultra cool area is a bar with a wine cooler.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedrooms one and two are on the entrance level, both have air conditioning and one has a safari theme and the other a Chinese theme. The safari room has a super king double bed, double wardrobe space and en suite shower room, the Chinese room has twin beds together (can be made as a double upon request), double wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Both have patio doors leading out to a terrace (which in the safari room is not ideal for little ones as as the outside area has a drop to the lower level). There is an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor.
Upstairs are bedrooms three, four and five. Bedroom three is an air conditioned twin bedroom (beds together can be made as a double upon request) with double wardrobe space and a large walk-in shower (with small step). Patio doors lead you out to a private terrace with a table and 2 chairs. This bedroom is not ideal for children as the balustrades are low on the terrace.
Bedroom four is the air conditioned master bedroom which boasts a large space beautifully decorated. With an ornate mirror leaning on the wall giving the room a 'shabby chic' feel. The en suite bathroom has double vanities, a separate shower and a bath. Three patio doors give the room a bright and airy feel. Two lead out to a private space and the other to a Juliet balcony over looking the pool. An added bonus is the separate walk-in wardrobe.
Bedroom five is an air conditioned twin bedroom (beds together, can be made as a double upon request) with an en suite shower room. Warm and inviting colour code offers the room a sumptuous feel. Patio doors lead out to a lovely seating area with countryside views.
Outside Space
The patio area has comfortable seating for 8 and a large gas BBQ. The lemon and orange tree could lend a hand to some Mediterranean inspiration when cooking! A fence and gate separates the pool from this area. Two separate seating areas can offer a rest from the sun, one is set under a beautiful pergola. The large pool has roman steps the whole width of the pool. Pool heating is available on an on request basis.
Location
Villa Meryl is located in The Village, which is an estate situated close to the renowned Parilla Natural and Gourmet Natural restaurants and within close driving distance of the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo. There are also a good selection of other restaurants nearby which are within walking distance. There is plenty to do in Vale de Lobo - in addition to the 2 championship golf courses and the tennis centre, you will discover a breathtaking coastline with beautiful beaches and the lively Praca area, where there is a good selection of bars and fine restaurants.

A hairdryer and a safe are available in the villa. Please note that the property management company charge a fee locally of €35 for arrivals after 22:00.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

2 loaves sliced bread, 250g butter, 2 x litres semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 bottle red wine, 2 cartons orange juice, 20 tea bags, 20 sachets of coffee, 1 x 5 litres water, 2 bottles lemonade, 50 sachets sugar, 2 x 250g ham, 2 x 250g sliced cheese, 8 x pieces seasonal fruit, 8 x tomatoes, 12 x eggs, 2 large packs of crisps, 1 jar of jam and 2 packets of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with additional packs of cheese.
