Sa Ganzaia is a modern villa located mid-way between the pretty village of San Jose and the beach of Cala Tarida in the South West corner of the island. It offers comfortable accommodation on two levels, with clean lines and striking architecture. With ample terraces and shady corners, as well as the large upper terrace, perfect for watching the sun set at the end of the day, you are spoilt for choice when it comes to outside space and areas to sit and dine, or to simply relax while taking in the lovely setting Sa Ganzaia affords.
Accommodation
Ground floor – Entrance hall and 3 steps up to 1 double bedroom with door to terrace and en-suite full bathroom (with jacuzzi corner bath). Corridor, and 2 steps up to, 1 double bedroom with door to terrace and 1 step up to bathroom. This bathroom connects to, and is shared by, a further double bedroom with door to terrace.
Lower level – Living/dining area with Satellite TV, Sound system, WIFI and doors to terrace, kitchen with microwave and dishwasher and door to barbecue terrace, guest cloakroom.
Note – Care should be taken with children and the steps, levels, unguarded edges and terraces at this property.
In particular the unguarded & open steps up from the pool level to the upper terrace, the unguarded edge at the far end of the pool, the horizontal balustrade railings on all terraces and the low sided walls on the roof terrace.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.

The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
