Overview

Casa Laranja is a beautiful three bedroom, three bathroom villa with private pool that is situated in the picturesque countryside of Areeiro, just a few minutes drive north of Almancil and a few minutes drive south of Loule. This property is perfect for those families looking for a relaxing and peaceful retreat for their well deserved family holiday - yet still only being a short driving distance away from the restaurants, shops, supermarkets and cafes of the local towns - and not forgetting some of the region's very best golf courses and beaches are also close by. Air conditioning and Wi-fi internet are included in the rental rates for Casa Laranja.

This lovely property can be rented all year around, with a winter heating supplement of €250,00 per week applicable for rentals in the months of November to March (Air con heating).

Pool heating is available upon prior request throughout the year, with a weekly price of €250,00. A manual pool cover is provided to help retain the heat at night.

Living Areas

The cozy living room is complete with comfy seating, a table with seating for six, the fireplace (available for winter rentals, split unit air conditioning and TV with a wide range of cable channels including the UK channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports etc. There is also a DVD player with a selection of DVDs available for clients.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, oven, four induction hobs, extractor, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine (Delta capsules), kettle, toaster and juicer. The separate laundry area houses the washer/dryer and the iron & ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are double bedrooms with air conditioning and en suite bathrooms. Bedroom three is a twin bedroom with air conditioning and this bedroom utilizes the family bathroom.

Outside Space

Casa Laranja has a lovely private garden area with the swimming pool with steps entry and measures approximately 7 metres x 3 metres, and which can be heated for an optional weekly supplemental charge. There is a manual pool cover available to protect the heat. The poolside terrace is furnished with six sun loungers, and the shaded exterior dining area is complete with the charcoal BBQ and dining table with seating for 6 persons. There is a lower lawn garden area perfect for the kids to play on, please note that toddlers need to be supervised.

Off road parking is available on the villa entrance driveway, protected by the electric entry gates. Please note that this entrance driveway is shared with other house further down the drive.

Location

Casa Laranja is located just north of Almancil, just south of Loule and within a 20 minute drive of the prestigious golf resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. There is a good selection of quality restaurants within short driving distance and the towns of Almancil and Loule have all of the facilities you need, including supermarkets, banks and chemists. Close by is the renowned Mar shopping centre where you will find a wide range of shops, a designer retail outlet, a cinema and plenty of restaurants and eateries.

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches, many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve can be found here, along with the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Other Items

Rates include a midweek light clean and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel and bedroom linen change. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.
