Living Areas
This villa features well furnished modern interiors. Entrance is via a hallway with a guest cloakroom. The spacious lounge has a wood burning fireplace, wall mounted TV with satellite channels (Digital freeview), complimentary Wi-fi access (limited to web browsing and the checking of personal emails only), DVD player and two sets of patio doors leading out to the covered terrace with charcoal BBQ.
There is an adjacent dining area and a modern fitted kitchen which has a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, electric hobs, coffee maker.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom accommodation consists of a master double bedroom with en suite bathroom on the first floor of the villa, and two twin bedrooms that share a shower room. On the ground floor there is a double en suite bedroom, the bathroom has a bath and separate shower unit.
Outside Space
The landscaped garden surrounds the swimming pool with sun terraces and charcoal BBQ area. Whether you seek the sun or the shade, there is plenty of terraced area, which extends around the 10m x 4m kidney bean shaped pool with Roman style steps. The shallow end of the pool measures 1.00 metres and the deep end measures 2.10 metres, there is also a manual pool cover.
Location
About ten minutes walk from the beach and the Praca, and is close to two golf courses .

On a 7 night stay there is a small midweek clean and change of towels.
On 14 night stay at this villa there is a change of linen, towels and a small clean after 7 days plus a mid stay clean in the middle of the week with change of towels.
