Overview

Villa Leo is a stunning contemporary style villa finished to a very high standard. This state of the art property is centrally located in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo- within walking distance of the famous Praca and the beautiful beach. The design of Villa Leo is unique, with the bedrooms of the property on the ground floor of the villa - and then the spacious living area, terraces and even the swimming pool are on the first floor!

Living Areas

The kitchen is open plan to the living room and is fully equipped, with appliances including a toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, central island with electric hobs, oven, microwave, 2 x fridges and a freezer. Next to the kitchen is a guest cloakroom.

The living area is comfortably and stylishly furnished, and the flat screen TV (positioned inside the wall and operated by a very flash electric motor system) features a wide range of cable channels including English language channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports. The TV is also a smart TV so please bring your own Netflix, Amazon prime etc log-in details. From the living area patio doors lead directly to the superb outdoor terraces.

On the lower level of the villa is the laundry room with washing machine, iron & ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All bedrooms are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedrooms one, two and three have two twin beds together to make doubles, en suite bathrooms with shower and patio doors to the terrace. The beds in these bedrooms can be prepared as either twins or doubles, upon prior request.

Bedroom four is the master suite, with double bed, patio doors to the terrace and an en suite bathroom with double vanities, bath and shower unit.

Outside Space

The leading feature of this impressive villa is the superb first floor outdoor living area terrace- complete with an infinity style swimming pool that measures approximately 10 metres x 4 metres; wood decking terrace and outdoor dining area with Weber gas BBQ. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. Steps lead down from this terrace to the ground level lawn garden.

Location

Villa Leo enjoys a fantastic central location within the resort of Vale do Lobo - Just a short stroll from the well kept beach of Vale do Lobo and all the amenities at the Praça, where you will find a selection of restaurants and bars. The resort also benefits from its own supermarket and two outstanding golf courses and a tennis centre, and in the surrounding area there is a wide range of excellent restaurants to choose from.

Rates include a maid cleaning service, bathroom towels (changed midweek and weekly) and bed linen (changed weekly). Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience. Air conditioning available for a supplemental charge.
