Welcomed by the call of the ocean, the moment you see the Salgados beach villas you know that you arrived at the perfect holiday location. Overlooking the beautiful Salgados beach, golf course and nature reserve.

Salgados Villas offer spacious 2, 3 and 4-bedroom Villas the perfect accommodation for groups of adults or families. offer the perfect accommodation for groups of adults or families. The villas feature their own private swimming pools and sun-decks, and are surrounded by trees and the rolling lawns which face the picturesque Salgados golf course. With air conditioning in the living room and the bedrooms, included in the rate.

Villas are offered on a self catering basis with supplements available for take away breakfast. Villas can accommodate up to 4, 6 or 8 people according to the number of bedrooms + 1 child up to 11 years old. Check-in time is after 4pm, check-out time is after 11am. Daily maid cleaning service with towels and linen changed every three days (or more frequently upon request).

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a resort with multiple properties, the photography here shows an example of one or more properties and your actual property will be allocated by reception on arrival.

Living Areas

Featuring a large lounge and dining area with high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, HD flat screen TV with satellite channels and wi-fi internet included.

Independent fully fitted kitchen with appliances including a microwave, hob, stove, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, iron and ironing board. All appliances are electric.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The villas are two storey with three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms are on the first floor. There is an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor. One bedroom has a double bed and two bedrooms have twin beds, however they are made to be joined and turned into double beds upon request. There is one safe in each villa, and a hairdryer.

The three bedroom villas sleep 6 persons, or a maximum capacity of 7 persons if 1 x cot or 1 x extra bed is put into the villa, for which there is a daily supplemental charge. A maximum of 1 extra bed only is allowed in the villa.

Outside Space

These luxury properties, decorated in modern style, have a private swimming pool with terrace second to none for family holidays! The pool measures approximately 5 x 3 metres with a depth of 1.2 metres. For your convenience, pool towels are available. Each villa has direct access to the underground parking- 2 spaces per villa.

Location

The Salgados beach villas are located in central Algarve, near the popular town of Albufeira, in Salgados Resort, 40 minutes from Faro International Airport and only 15 minutes from Algarve A22 motorway and the Lisbon A2 motorway. Please note that google earth is currently displaying an older image of the area, before the Vidamar resort was built.

Cleaning:-

• For stays of 5 or more nights 1 cleaning service is included during the stay (that is in a 7 night stay there will be 1 cleaning service and for 10 night stays there will be 2 cleaning services);

• An extra set of bath towels/pool towels and bed linen will also be provided for stays of 5 nights or more, as previously informed;

• Should the Guests wish to have additional cleaning services, please consider the following costs extra/day:

V2 = €40,00 (maximum 2h30)

V3 = €55,00 (maximum 3h30)

V4 = €65,00 (maximum 4h00)

A security deposit is required upon check-in, paid in either cash (preferably) or credit card. Amount varies depending on the accommodation type:

• 2-Bedroom Villa= € 300,00

• 3-Bedroom Villa= € 400,00

• 4-Bedroom Villa= € 500,00

The amount will be returned to the guest upon check-out, following a damage inspection of the property
