Overview

Villa Toriba is a charming and homely spacious four bedroom villa with a gated swimming pool .Villa Toriba enjoys a commanding position in the hills of Vale de Parra, the villa is south facing with panoramic views overlooking orange groves, Salgados golf course and far reaching views of the Atlantic ocean making Villa Toriba a very special place for your families villa holiday in the Algarve. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet are included in the rental rate.

Please note that the entire exteriors are being redone in early 2026- the refurbishment includes new tiles, pool lighting, a one-level dining area, a new BBQ, an outdoor kitchen, and a WC. Updated photos will be uploaded as soon as the work is completed. The interiors of the villa will remain the same as the photos.

Living Areas

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including four electric hobs, electric oven and grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge freezer, extractor and a patio door opening onto the garden. The dining room is complete with a dining table and seating for six people, patio doors open onto the front balcony with countryside and sea views. Three steps up the large spacious lounge with comfy sofa seating, a flat screen TV showing some English/American language channels, split unit air conditioning and double patio doors opening onto the upper balcony overlooking the pool. The utility room houses the washing machine with a door to the garden.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one, two and three are on the ground floor. Bedroom one is a double room with a ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and steps up to the en suite full bathroom with double vanities, a corner spa bath, walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Bedroom two is a twin room with a ceiling fan, split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, safe and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto the garden. Bedroom three is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and use of the adjacent shower room with a heated towel rail.

Stairs lead up to bedroom four which is the master double room complete with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with a corner bath, a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail.

Outside Space

From the upper gated terrace steps lead down to the swimming pool which measures approx. 10m x 5m and has steps entry and is surrounded by sunbathing terraces with unspoilt views of the ocean and furnished with sun loungers for you to relax on. There is also an outdoor shower. The built-in brick charcoal barbecue is the ideal area for the budding chef and there is also a shaded dining area to eat on. The upper terraces have views of the conservation area and lake, which is a haven for migrating birds and wildlife. The villa's forecourt has room for parking for several cars.

Location

Within a short drive of Villa Toriba are the golden sandy beaches of either Salgados, Galé, Praia da Coelha or Praia do Castelo where you will find the sunsets just amazing! The nearest supermarket is Aldi which is a short drive away. The area of Vale da Parra offers a good selection of restaurants, including one with 2 Michelin Stars!

The nearby village of Guia has several restaurants specialising in Chicken Piri-Piri, and here you can also find a bank, cafes and cake shops. Just outside Guia you will find Zoomarine, an aquarium with dolphin shows which is a great day out for the whole family and if you prefer a little retail therapy, the second largest shopping centre in the region with many shops, restaurants, cinema and a supermarket is also close by.

The nearest golf course is Salgados where there is a nature reserve with a lagoon and a walkway (great for the bird watchers in the group). There really is something do to for the whole family in this beautiful area of the Algarve.

Rates include a weekly maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bedroom linen. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
