Casa Laura is a fully air conditioned, brand new villa located on the gentle hillside above Vale de Parra with lovely views all the way to the coast. Situated on a quiet country lane with restaurants and bars within close distance, and just a few minutes drive to some of the finest beaches in the Algarve. Including air conditioning and wi-fi internet connection.

Fully fitted and equipped kitchen/breakfast room with appliances including an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge frezer. Utility room with washing machine.

1st floor: Double bedroom with en suite bathroom, with corner jacuzzi bath. Door leading out to a very spacious and partly shaded sun terrace with lovely sea and coastal views, not to mention the magnificent sun sets!

Outside Space

The lovely swimming pool (8m x 4m) has been tiled with exceptionally beautiful and expensive mosaic tiles, and has corner Roman steps, it has a heatable pool option for a supplemental charge and a feature long bench inside the pool, perfect for sitting on hot sunny days! Also in the grounds there is a lovely covered BBQ area with al fresco dining table.

The property is completely walled and fenced with electrically operated gates.

Location

The villa is situated in the lovely area of Montes Juntos, on the hillside just above Vale de Parra, 3 km from Gale beach and just 5 minutes drive from the outstandingly beautiful sandy coves of Castello, Evaristo, São Lourenço, Coelho and São Rafael (voted 4th best beach in Europe). Albufeira town is 8 km away. The old town of is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season. Guia town is 5kms, just a 10 minute drive, and is famous for many good value restaurants specializing in chicken piri-piri. Algarve Shopping, the largest shopping complex in the region, is a 10 minutes drive, with Multiplex Cinemas (virtually all films in English), cafes and food hall.

Other Items

Baggage saving- Every guest receives a pool towel for the duration of their holiday and there is a hairdyer in the property. Rates include a maid cleaning service 2 x per week, towels and linen.
