Apartment Laguna Village is a first floor with (lift access) two bedroom premium quality apartment, located in the Laguna resort of Vilamoura making it the perfect getaway for a relaxing holiday but still within close proximity of the hustle and bustle of the lively marina with its many bars and restaurants. Living Areas

The modern well equipped kitchen has appliances including an electric oven & grill, four electric hobs, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, juicer, toaster, kettle & a fridge freezer. Double patio doors open onto the private balcony overlooking the gardens and pool area, with views of the surrounding countryside. There is a utility cupboard on the balcony which houses the washing machine.

The lounge and dining area offers sofa seating, a large wall mounted flat screen TV showing international cable channels (including some English language channels), a Samsung speaker and a dining table with seating for four. Double patio doors open directly onto the balcony.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe and an en suite shower room. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen TV and an en suite bathroom.

Outside Space

The private balcony has a food preparation area with a sink, two sunbeds and sofa seating and chairs. South-west facing, the balcony has panoramic views of the Vilamoura country side, the communal gardens and pools and has an awning for shade when required.

The condominium features a superb communal adult pool and children's pool.

Location

The beaches and the famous marina, with its many shops, restaurants, bars, casino and beach club are within short driving distance from the villa- or alternatively you can take a leisurely 20 minute stroll. Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course on your doorstep, where the Portuguese Masters is held; a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting, water-sports and much more!

Rates include a weekly maid cleaning service, bathroom towel change and bed linen change. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for guests convenience.

There is a mandatory final cleaning charge to be paid pre arrival requested by the house manager of property.
