Casa Nova is a lovely and spacious 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom villa with private pool, located in a quiet setting yet not far from the centre of the renowned golfing resort of Vilamoura- where you will find all the usual amenities of a leading luxury golf & beach resort. The villa offers excellent accommodation for up to 6 persons. Casa Nova is fully air-conditioned and has various pleasant terraces that catch the sun all day long. The large and landscaped garden is perfect for children to play as it has a spacious grass areas. The garden and pool are also completely south facing.

Location
The villa is situated in a quiet area of Vilamoura, yet not too far from all amenities and the famous Marina- with its lively atmosphere and shops, restaurants, bars, casino and beach club. Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course on your doorstep, where the Portuguese Masters is held; a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting, water-sports and much more!
Other Items
Maid service- one week bookings will receive a mid-week clean and towel change. Two week bookings will receive mid-week cleaning and towel changes and an additional weekend clean, towel and linen change after one week. A hairdryer and pool towels are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.

Foodpack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
