Townhouse Pamela is a lovely three bedroom property built on three levels, ideally located in a private condominium offering a communal swimming pool & gardens. Vilamoura's vibrant marina & the beautiful Falesia beach are both within a 20-minute walk. Townhouse Pamela is pleasantly furnished in a bright and modern style throughout. Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi internet are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The kitchen, lounge and dining area are of an open plan design. The modern kitchen is complete with a breakfast bar and two accompanying stools is well equipped with appliances including a large fridge freezer, four gas hobs, extractor, electric oven and grill, kettle, Delta coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and a wine cooler.

The adjacent dining area is furnished with a table and six chairs, patio doors open onto the terrace and garden. The lounge is bright and spacious and is furnished with ample comfy sofa seating, split unit air conditioning, a large flat screen Smart TV showing a wide variety of international channels including some English speaking channels (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) and an LG soundbar. Patio doors open onto a decked terrace and garden.

On the lower level of the property you will find the utility room which houses the washing machine, dryer, an extra fridge, ice maker, iron and ironing board. There is also a media desk with a chair and sofa seating in this area.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Stairs lead to the first level where you will find bedroom one which is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and use of the adjacent bathroom. Patio doors open onto a private balcony.

Further stairs lead up to bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and patio doors open onto a shared balcony with amazing golf course views. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening onto the shared balcony. Both bedrooms two and three share the adjacent bathroom.

Outside Space

The terrace is decked and offers the perfect outdoor dining experience with a spacious dining table and seating for up to six people. For those who love to cook, there is a built-in brick BBQ, perfect for grilling up delicious meals. The garden features faux grass, providing a low-maintenance green space, additionally there is a cosy seating area furnished with a comfortable sofa and chairs, allowing you to relax and enjoy the stunning views of the nearby golf course.The condominium has a communal garden, swimming pool and a children's pool.

Townhouse Pamela is approximately 1 km from Vilamoura Marina and its beautiful beaches, 25 km from Faro Airport and 9 km from Loulé train station.

Vilamoura's marina has an air of exclusivity, with a choice of fashionable bars, designer shops and both Portuguese and International restaurants and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the chic lifestyle of the resort, whilst enjoying a cool drink or a superb meal in one of the numerous waterside bars, that look out over the luxury boats and yachts. The marina is flanked either side by two glorious golden sand blue flag beaches, Marina beach to the east and the majestic Falesia beach to the west, which is more than 6 kilometres long and stretches from Vilamoura all the way to Olhos de Água (near Albufeira).

Vilamoura enjoys a central Algarve location, close to Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Albufeira and Almancil. Carvoeiro can reached within a 30-minute drive, whilst the town of Quarteira is literally next door. The towns of Loule and Quarteira both have excellent weekly markets, Loule on a Saturday and Quarteira on a Wednesday.
