We are proud to present Villa Christina, a premium quality five bedroom villa, all en suite and with heated swimming pool that enjoys a central location in the golfing resort of Vilamoura. Recently refurbished to a very high standard, this property has Wi-Fi internet and is air conditioned throughout - and is situated only a very short drive to the famous marina, or a 20-25 minute stroll.

Living Areas

Large open plan living/dining room complete with split unit a/c, wall mounted TV with cable channels, sound system with speakers, Blu-ray DVD player and PlayStation 3 games console. Patio doors lead to the poolside terrace.

The high quality contemporary kitchen is fully equipped, with appliances including an American style fridge freezer with ice maker; dishwasher; microwave; 2 x wine coolers; kettle; gas hobs; extractor; toaster; blender and 2 ovens. Adjacent utility room with washing machine; iron & ironing board and doors leading to the BBQ terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one, two and three are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has a double bed, split unit a/c and an en suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom two has a double bed, split unit a/c and an en suite shower room. Bedroom three has twin beds, split unit a/c and an en suite shower room. There is an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

Bedrooms four and five are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom four has a double bed, split unit a/c and an en suite with bath and shower unit.

Bedroom five has a double bed, split unit a/c, en suite with shower unit and double vanities and doors lead to the first floor terrace.

Outside Space

Villa Christina is situated on a large plot with lawn gardens surrounding the pool and terraces. The swimming pool measures 10 metres x 5 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The poolside terrace is furnished with 10 high quality sun loungers and the raised terrace overlooking the pool is complete with comfy seating and table and chairs. There is an integrated charcoal BBQ and plenty of space for off-road parking on the driveway, protected by the electric entrance gates.

Location

This exclusive villa is only a few minutes drive, or a 20-25 minute walk away from the buzz of the Marina and its shops, restaurants, bars, casino and beach club. Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course on your doorstep, where the Portuguese Masters is held; a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting, water-sports and much more!

Local restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops are within short walking distance of Villa Christina. The Pinhal golf course club house is also close by.

Rates include a maid cleaning service midweek and weekly; bathroom towels are changed midweek and weekly and linen is changed weekly.

There is a mandatory final cleaning charge to be paid pre arrival requested by the house manager of property.

Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.
