This exquisite property features three bedrooms in the main villa and an additional two bedrooms in the adjacent annex, catering to the needs of families or groups of friends (maximum 10 guests). Living Areas

The grand entrance hall of this tastefully furnished property sets the tone for the rest of the house. The modern kitchen is complete with a central island and is well equipped with appliances including four induction hobs, extractor, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, integrated electric oven and grill and a fridge freezer. Tall glass sliding windows offer direct access to the patio.

The stylish Living room with beautiful high ceilings is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa seating. There is a flat screen Smart TV showing international channels with some English language channels (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). The adjacent dining area is complete with a large wooden table and chairs, tall glass sliding windows offer direct access to the patio and views over the pool and gardens. Additionally, there is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

On the lower level of the property you will find the games and cinema room complete with a pool table, large flat screen Smart TV (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) and comfortable sofa seating. Doors lead to an area that gives direct access to the poolside terrace via a flight of steps. On this level you will also find the utility room which houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, a fridge, an iron & an ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double bedroom with a four poster bed, split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite full bathroom with a freestanding bath tub, walk-in shower unit, double vanities and a heated towel rail. Tall sliding doors open directly onto the poolside terrace.

Bedroom two is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower unit. Bedroom three is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom.

The air conditioned annex has its own entrance and offers two large, stylish double bedrooms with en suite and modern shower rooms. Both of the annexe bedrooms have direct access to the spacious patio and pool. The open plan living room and kitchen are comfortably furnished with a small dining table and a kitchenette that is well equipped with a dishwasher, two-hob electric stove, oven and a small built-in fridge. From here patio doors open directly onto the poolside terrace.

Outside Space

The spacious main terrace enjoys panoramic far reaching sea views and is furnished with a long dining table. Additionally there is a comfortable and stylish sofa and chairs. The table tennis table provides hours of fun and the outside basket ball court is ideal for those who prefer to hone their skills. The beautiful, landscaped garden is well maintained with Olive and Lemon trees, countryside views stretch over to Vilamoura and the Boliqueime hills. It is a frankly beautiful setting. The poolside terrace is furnished with plenty of sun loungers, and the large infinity pool measures approxmately12m x 6m.

Villa Eagles Nest is the perfect hideaway to enjoy the Portuguese countryside whilst only being 15 minutes from the glorious Algarve beaches. Villa Eagles Nest is located 10 Kms away from the bustling night life of Vilamoura marina, and just 1,2 km to the nearest supermarket. The village of Boliqueime, where there are bars, restaurants and a chemist is only 5 minutes drive away or a 10-15 minute walk

Boliqueime town centre with shops, restaurants, pubs and supermarket are within 7 minutes’ drive.

Vilamoura beaches and Marina with shops, restaurants, night club, pubs and Casino are within 15 min drive.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bed linen change. Pool towels, a safe and hairdryers are provided for your convenience.
