Overview

Located in La Font, below the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, and within easy reach of the beautiful old town of Pollensa, Can Nurt is an authentic Mallorcan property. Traditional in style, it has been lovingly renovated by its owners, to offer spacious and comfortable accommodation on two levels and a very pleasing décor throughout. The swimming pool is enclosed, fenced and gated, and heatable* making it an ideal choice for families with young children, and is surrounded by terraces for sunbathing and an attractive day bed at the far end. There is a large covered terrace, with comfy outdoor furniture for relaxing and table and chairs for outdoor dining too. Although in the countryside, there are neighbouring houses and there are stables next door to the villa and ducks, peacocks, rabbits etc. living next door that sometimes come onto the grounds.

Ground floor - Living area with Satellite TV, DVD, WIFI and wood burning stove, archway to dining area and kitchen with dishwasher and door to outside (utility room with washing machine outside).

One step down to 1 twin bedroom with door to terrace, 1 full bathroom.

One step down to 1 double bedroom with door to terrace and en-suite shower room.

First floor – 1 double bedroom with door to terrace (note – care should be taken on the terrace and the horizontal style balustrades), 1 twin bedroom, 1 shower room.

Services

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Mid-week clean and change of towels on one week stays. Full change of linen and towels and full cleaning service, mid-stay, on two week stays.

Air-conditioning in the bedrooms, not throughout.

Pool heating, available on request at a supplementary charge of €280 per week - not available during July and August.

Central heating throughout include up to the 31st May.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor directly to Sun-hat which we will pass on to the local agents who in turn will give to the government.

Balearics Tourism License - ETV-1768
