Set off a quiet lane in the heart of Pollensa´s countryside, mid-way between the beautiful old town of Pollensa and the beach, shops and resort of Puerto Pollensa, Villa Antonia is a great choice for families and a lovely holiday base. A stone clad property, it is set in completely enclosed and private grounds and offers spacious and comfortable accommodation all on one level. There is a covered barbecue terrace with table and chairs, and traditional bread oven for meals alfresco. There are gardens with a good sized lawned area, sunbathing terraces, ping pong table, table football, swimming pool, cold water Jacuzzi and a tennis court (own racquets and balls required).

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.

The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
