This beautiful property affords a peaceful and private setting in La Vinya, yet is just a short drive from the beach, shops, and resort of Puerto Pollensa.

A comfortable and conveniently located family villa, it offers spacious and very comfortable accommodation on two levels and is well furnished and equipped throughout.

Doors lead out from the living/dining area to a covered terrace with comfortable rattan furniture, a perfect spot to sit back, relax and admire the lovely views of the countryside and Serra de Tramuntana mountains, and at the far end of the pool, there is a covered terrace, with barbecue, for outdoor dining.

It is possible to have the pool heated, on request, at a supplementary charge

Balearics Tourism License - ET/1123

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
