Overview

Villa Playa is located in the residential area of Llenaire, perfect for those who wish to be close to the beach.

Just a short walk from a small selection of bars/cafes/restaurants on the front (approximately 500m), and a further walk along the beach promenade to the centre of the resort of Puerto Pollensa.

Of modern architectural design, Villa Playa offers spacious and comfortable accommodation, sleeping 10 guests in 5 bedrooms (4 bedrooms are on the ground floor and 1 further bedroom on the first floor, exterior access - staircase by the pool).

The rectangular swimming pool has an open terrace, with sunbeds & parasols, to the side, and is bordered by a large garden with lawn, trees and flowering shrubs, and enclosed by hedges for privacy. There is a covered terrace with comfy rattan suite at one end and table & chairs, and a gas barbecue for alfresco dining, at the other end. There is also a table tennis table for entertainment.

Ground floor - entrance hall, spacious living/dining room, with beamed ceilings & tiled floors, Satellite TV, WIFI and doors to terrace, 3 steps down to further seating area & fireplace. Modern kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, table & chairs and door to terrace. Utility room with washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Gated entrance and pathway to villa & entrance;

Ground floor - entrance hall, corridor to 4 bedrooms – 1 bedroom with doors to terrace and en-suite bathroom (bath & shower fitment), 1 bedroom with en-suite shower room, 2 further bedrooms which share a bathroom (bath & shower fitment).

Exterior access to first floor – staircase by the pool – where the 5th bedroom is located – 1 bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Note – all bedrooms can be made up as doubles or twins, please advise the Reservations dept. of your requirements at the time of booking.

Outside Space

Approximately 6kms to the old town of Pollensa.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge. Additional cot and/or highchair on request, at a supplementary charge.

Daily cleaning (except weekends). Bed linen changed once a week. Bath towels and Pool towels provided.

Air conditioning in the living area and the bedrooms.

Pool heating is available on request for a weekly supplemental charge (note – not available during July & August).

Balearics Tourism License – ETV/5756

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
