Overview

Can Toni is located in the residential area of Gotmar, just a short walk from the beach and resort of Puerto Pollensa.

It is a spacious and comfortable property, sleeping 14 guests in 7 bedrooms, and is the ideal choice for a large family or group of friends wishing to holiday together in northwest Mallorca.

The spacious entrance hall leads to two different seating areas, a dining area and a modern kitchen. There is 1 bedroom with en-suite shower room on this level and the remaining 6 bedrooms and bathrooms/shower rooms are on the first-floor level.

Outside, the large rectangular swimming pool is set in an open terrace surround, with sunbeds & parasols, bordered by a large mature garden laid to lawn with cypress & yew trees, and flowering shrubs, and enclosed by hedges for privacy. To the side is a large, covered terrace, with outdoor kitchen, table & chairs, and a barbecue for alfresco dining. There is also a billiard table & table tennis table next to the terrace for entertainment.

Ground floor - The spacious entrance hall leads on the left-hand side to two different sitting rooms, seating areas, with Satellite TV, WIFI and doors to terrace, a dining area, and on the right-hand side to the modern kitchen with breakfast bar with stools, electric hob & oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine.

Ground floor – 1 bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 cloakroom.

First floor – 1 double bedroom with doors to terrace and en-suite bathroom (corner bath & separate shower), 1 bedroom with doors to terrace and en-suite shower room, 2 further bedrooms, both with doors to terrace, 1 shower room. There are two further bedrooms – 1 bedroom with doors to terrace and en-suite bathroom, and 1 bedroom with sitting area, doors to terrace and en-suite shower room. These two bedrooms can be separate but also interconnect.

Note – all bedrooms, except the one highlighted as a double bedroom above, can be made up as doubles or twins, please advise the Reservations dept. of your requirements at the time of booking.

Outside Space

Can Toni is located in the residential area of Gotmar, Puerto Pollensa. Walking distance and approximately 500m to the beach and resort of Puerto Pollensa. Approximately 5kms to the old town of Pollensa.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge. Additional cot and/or highchair on request, at a supplementary charge.

Daily cleaning (except weekends). Bed linen changed once a week. Bath towels and Pool towels provided.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Pool heating is available on request for a weekly supplemental charge (note – not available during July & August).

Balearics Tourism License - VT630

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
