It is conveniently located close to the beautiful old town of Pollensa and beach, shops and resort of both Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa.
Built in local stone and offering spacious accommodation all on one level, it offers a lovely blend of traditional and modern design, is light and airy, with welcoming interiors finished with taste and style.
The swimming pool of Benvingut is a true delight: its unique shape and Roman steps allowing easy access (please note that there is a drop between the shallow and deep end of the pool).
In addition to the gardens (enclosed, beautifully planted with shrubs and local flowers), there are open and covered terraces with table tennis table, and stone barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining and chilling out when the sun goes down.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
Covered terrace and entrance to hallway leading to a double bedroom, complete with stylish wrought iron bed, and en-suite shower room. This bedroom also enjoys direct access to the swimming pool area. The same hallway also leads to two twin bedrooms and two shower rooms.

Maid service – Accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for arrival. For bookings of longer than 1 week, two sets of towels will be left at the accommodation on arrival & cleaning is available on a request basis, to be requested in advance - pre-departure.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms (on a timer and available for use between 14:00hrs to 16:00hrs and between 20:00hrs to 08:00hrs.
Central heating, available on request for early or late season lets, at a supplementary charge.
Eco Tax is included.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Pollensa & Puerto Pollensa.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
