Located in the area of El Vila, Can Suau Petit is an attractive property, offering a high standard of spacious and very comfortable accommodation, and is the perfect choice for a family or two couples wishing to holiday together, looking for a high level of comfort, as well as space and independence in the layout of their accommodation.

The stone, sandstone, exposed beams and polished floors, together with the natural surroundings, make this a magical place.

Distributed over two levels, on the ground floor is a large living area, dining area and open-plan kitchen with its island and brunch bar and a guest bathroom.

On the first floor are the two bedrooms with en-suites, as well as an additional sofa bed on the landing, to accommodate a further two persons.

Large wooden doors lead out from the dining room to a lovely patio with table & chairs, and a barbecue, for alfresco dining, and from here steps lead down to the lovely swimming pool, and chill-out area, with lovely views over the valley.

The villa is set over 2 levels.

Ground floor – Large living area, with beamed ceilings, comfy sofa & 2 easy chairs, Flat-screen Satellite TV with Home Cinema & WIFI, archway and a few steps down to dining area with beamed ceilings and doors to terrace, archway and a few steps down to open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with beamed ceilings, breakfast bar & sink, electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Ground floor – Guest cloakroom.

First floor & a few steps down to 2 double bedrooms, 2 shower rooms. There is also a sofa bed on this level, available on request, to accommodate a further 2 persons.

Outside Space

Large wooden doors lead out from the dining room to a lovely patio with table & chairs, and a barbecue, for alfresco dining, and from here steps lead down to the lovely swimming pool, and chill-out area, with lovely views over the valley.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Maid service – Accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for arrival. For bookings of longer than 1 week, two sets of towels will be left at the accommodation on arrival & cleaning is available on a request basis, to be requested in advance - pre-departure.

Air conditioning in the living area & the bedrooms (on a timer and available for use between 14:00hrs to 16:00hrs and between 20:00hrs to 08:00hrs.

Balearics Tourism License – ETV-12262

Features include

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
