Villa Tomas is set in the residential area of Gotmar, well located for the beach, shops, and resort of Puerto Pollensa and is the perfect choice for families with children.
It is a spacious, and traditionally furnished, two-level property.
Doors from the kitchen lead out to a covered terrace, with table and chairs for outdoor dining, and from here steps lead down to the swimming pool, which is surrounded by a garden, laid to lawn with trees and shrubs, and there is a built-in barbecue for alfresco dining.
It is possible to have pool fencing installed at the property, on request – 7 days’ notice required – at a supplementary charge of 450 euros per week and pool heating, again on request, at a supplementary charge of 400 euros per week.

Ground floor – Entrance hall and to the right hand side, living room with Satellite TV, DVD, CD player, WIFI, fireplace and doors to covered terrace, dining room and kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and door to terrace. Two steps down off entrance hall and to the left hand side, a guest cloakroom and a hallway leading to 1 double bedroom with en-suite full bathroom, 3 twin bedrooms (one with doors to a balcony) and a full bathroom.
A Nespresso machine and Bluetooth speaker are also provided for your convenience.

Services
Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.
Every other day cleaning and towel change, bed linen changed once a week.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.

The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
