Villa Domingo sleeps 6 guests in 1 double & 2 twin bedrooms, has comfortable living/dining areas, a well-equipped kitchen, as well as an outdoor dining area with barbecue, and a swimming pool, set in spacious grounds to the rear, with views of the countryside and rolling hills.

It is a great choice for families or friends wishing to spend a relaxing holiday together.

At the rear, there are table & chairs, and a barbecue, for alfresco dining.

Up 1 step to the irregular shaped swimming pool, surrounded by a garden laid to lawn with trees & shrubs, with views of the surrounding countryside and hills.

Approximately 6kms to the old town of Pollensa and 10kms to the beach & resort of Puerto Pollensa.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge. Additional cot and/or highchair on request, at a supplementary charge.

Cleaning three times a week (except weekends). Bed linen changed once a week. Bath towels and Pool towels provided.

Air conditioning in the living area and the bedrooms.

Pool heating is available on request for a weekly supplemental charge (note – not available during July & August).

Balearics Tourism License - VT620

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
