Situated in the delightful area of La Font between the beautiful old town of Pollensa and the beach and resort of Puerto Pollensa, La Creveta is ideal for a family holiday.

Offering accommodation on two levels, throughout the house there are many quaint touches that demonstrate its origins, and an extension has been added which combines old charm, with modern furnishings and fitments.

From the front terrace the glass doors lead into the dining room which has unusual vaulted ceilings. To the right of the dining area is the spacious living area with comfortable sofas, Satellite TV, DVD player and WIFI. Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors open onto the covered side terrace where the barbecue and exterior dining table is situated. To the rear of the lounge, double doors lead onto the front terrace. To the left of the front door and to the rear of the dining area there is a cloakroom in the linking hallway that leads into the fully-equipped kitchen. Off this area there is a pantry and a utility room where the washing machine is located.

A staircase from the dining area leads up to the sleeping accommodation, which has parquet flooring throughout. To the left of the stairs is the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room. To the right of the stairs, a corridor leads down to a single bedroom and a separate shower room. This is shared by a second double bedroom with its own terrace, with views over the mountains and surrounding countryside. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

The pool is situated to the right of the villa, with comfortable sun loungers on the spacious surrounding terraces. The small lawned area is ideal for children to play on and to one side is a table tennis for entertainment. Within the grounds and to the front of the house there is a fenced pond and a further lawned area with citrus trees. The covered barbecue terrace is adjacent to the swimming pool, a lovely area to dine al fresco or just enjoy the essence of the Mediterranean lifestyle.

Features include

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
