Villa Bonito is a traditional style four bedroom property situated on a large double plot with extensive private garden & pool area. Located close to the popular Browns Sports club in Vilamoura in a residential area, this property is rather unusual and unique due to the size of the garden and the fact it benefits from the double plot. The villa provides guests with a relaxing retreat with comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces and great privacy. Ideally situated within a short drive to all amenities Vilamoura has to offer- making Villa Bonita the perfect choice for a wonderful family vacation experience.

Solar pool heating is always on and is complementary. Electric pool heating is available for a weekly supplement.

Living Areas

The living area is an ideal spot for entertainment and relaxation and is comfortably furnished with plenty of sofa seating, a ceiling fan, 42'' wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon prime etc).

A couple of steps lead up from the lounge to the bar area complete with its own fridge. The owner leaves a well stocked honesty bar and trusts the guests to replenish the beverages they use ready for the next guests arrival. Patio doors from the lounge lead to a glass conservatory with sliding doors that open up, bringing the feeling of outdoor dining, inside! Furnished with a large table with seating for eight people, this is a lovely spot and provides gorgeous views of the garden & pool all year round.

The modern kitchen is well equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, integrated electric oven, grill & microwave, food blender, food processor, sandwich maker, Dulce Gusto coffee machine, fridge freezer, kettle, five electric hobs, extractor, toaster, washing machine, iron & ironing board. Next to the kitchen is a bright breakfast nook with two tables and eight chairs. The dining room is furnished with a large dining table and seating for eight. A great place for casual get-togethers. Patio doors open directly onto a small shaded terrace and the garden.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All the bedrooms have their own electric mosquito catcher. Bedroom one is a twin room (large single beds) with a freestanding wardrobe, ceiling fan, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan, safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open directly onto the garden. Bedroom three is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and split unit air conditioning. Bedroom four is a double room with fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and split unit air conditioning. Both bedroom three and four share the separate bathroom with a free standing bath tub, walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. All three of the bathrooms have been renovated.

Outside Space

Villa Bonito enjoys a superb mature garden and generous outdoor space which catches the sun all day long. The poolside terrace has an outside shower and for the sun worshippers in the group, nine sunbeds have been provided for you to lounge and soak up the glorious Algarve sunshine! The large pool measures approximately 10m x 5m and has steps entry. The pool benefits from complimentary solar heating which takes the chill off the pool or alternatively the conventional electric pool heating raises the pool to a higher temperature and this can be booked for a weekly supplement.

There is a shaded terrace furnished with two chairs and a small table where you can chill with your favourite holiday book. A water feature provides a calming ambience while you relax in the shade under the trees. Brightly flowering geraniums and vibrant bougainvillea compliment this beautiful space. Citrus trees in the far corner provide you with fresh oranges, lemons and limes. In the evenings the garden lights come on automatically and are set on a timer (summer 8pm - 12am & winter 6pm - 12am).

Location

The villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Vilamoura, not too far from all the amenities. Within a short drive you will find The Marina with the capacity for 1,000 yachts and has an air of exclusivity, with a choice of fashionable bars, designer shops and both Portuguese and international restaurants, it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the chic lifestyle of the resort. Enjoy a cool drink or a superb meal in one of the numerous waterside bars, cafes and eateries that look out over the luxury boats and yachts. The marina is flanked either side by two glorious blue flag beaches - Marina beach to the east and the majestic Falesia beach to the west.

Vilamoura enjoys a central Algarve location and offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with its five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course on the doorstep, where the Portuguese Masters is held, a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting and water-sports. Other places in the area for you to discover are Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Albufeira and Almancil. Driving distance from the airport at Faro is approximately just 25 minutes by car. Carvoeiro can reached within a 30 minute drive. Loulé is only 10 minutes inland and the town of Quarteira is literally next door (both of these towns have excellent weekly markets, Loule on a Saturday and Quarteira on a Wednesday).

Other Items

Weekly maid service is provided with bed linen and bathroom towels changed weekly. A starter of dishwasher and washing machine detergent is provided. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.

This property offers great privacy for the guests, surrounded by a high perimeter fence and wall, with automatic electric gates and off road parking for 2 cars.
