Overview

Villa Linda Rosa is a beautifully appointed 4 bedroom villa with a large pool and lovely gardens. Surrounded by majestic trees and flowering shrubs, this villa has been recently refurbished and offers excellent accommodation. It’s a short drive to the beach and just as close to the many shops, bars and restaurants of the Marina.

Living Areas

Furnishings and décor are both elegant and contemporary. A white marble floor in the hall sets the theme for the rest of the villa. Linda Rosa is largely on two levels with an additional lower ground floor devoted to indoor games, including a pool table and a table football table. From the hallway, double doors open onto the spacious lounge with wood burning fireplace, internet/cable TV (limited English language channels), DVD player and CD player. An archway from the lounge gives access to a separate dining area with more patio doors to the garden and secondary access into the white fitted kitchen. The kitchen well equipped to include a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, washing machine and breakfast bar for two persons. On the first floor, leading off from the upstairs landing is a walled sun terrace and a second sitting room with sliding doors to yet another place for private sunbathing.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Every bedroom has a balcony and the coordinated furnishings make each room special. Three of the twin bedrooms are on the ground floor, along with a guest cloakroom, and each has its own en suite bathroom. Upon request, a twin bedroom (beds measures 0.9m x 1.90 each) can be made into a double room. Upstairs, the master double bedroom (bed measures 2m x 2m) has a full bathroom with jacuzzi bath and large separate shower cubicle and a safe.

Outside Space

The large garden is very pretty and is lined with established trees and shrubs. The rectangular swimming pool measures approximately 9 metres x 5 metres and has Roman style steps. There is plenty of room for poolside sunbathing and the convenience of an outdoor shower. The pool can be heated for a daily supplemental charge (minimum booking 7 days). For dining al fresco there is a Ceramic Gas BBQ.

Location

Vilamoura's health and leisure centre, Browns, is within a 5-10 minute walk.

Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and the living room for a weekly supplemental charge.

Rates include a maid cleaning service Mon-Fri except public holidays, bedroom linen is changed weekly and bathroom towels are changed midweek.
