There is a large covered terrace on the upper level, which affords beautiful views of the coast between Cala Bassa and Cala Conta, and the terrace on the lower level is furnished with comfy rattan furniture and overlooks the swimming pool, a lovely spot for sunbathing, while the leafy shade from the surrounding pine trees provides the perfect escape from the midday sun. To one side of the pool, there is an outdoor kitchen, bar and barbecue area for meals alfresco. A perfect choice for those seeking a relaxing holiday base, within easy reach of the beautiful beaches of Cala Bassa and Cala Conta.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
